Mod Info

There is currently only two members of RVE team, me and Avtius_12, We did have some helpers at some point but they have moved on so please understand the amount of time needed to do a overhaul of a game when its just two people working on it.



Mod Manager

UPDATE 08/07/2015
The new mod manager is still booked in, our programmer has just changed jobs we are waiting for him to get back on top of his work load before he can start on the manager.


About Unit Port

Unit port is a side mod for Revamp Expansion Mod v1.1 ( Legacy ) made by ALBINOsnowball, any bugs, problems, feedback should be posted in the below link.

In other news...

(A) Yes, UnitPort will be made to work with RVE 2.0, though big changes will be made. However, don't expect a new version until a while after RVE 2.0 has been released. I don't want to be the guy that steals the limelight, and RVE is going to far outshine UnitPort anyway.

ihave play a lot of games vs ai but i can not believe that a aegis shield needs 20 min to build is that normal or is my game broke ? 10 -15 min for a experimental unit i need to bild my first heavy unit over a hour game time and this is really bad
i love Revamp i have play much games
i love it to build a hard defense much towers and shields but with this version of the mod no chance one cybran dragon kill 20 t3 shield and 15 t3 towers
and t1 towers pfff that **** can nothing 20-30 t1-t2 units with one mobil shield destroy a base in seconds
i hope that is not the plan
i hope next patch/new version make this better

I usually replace all the engineers with SCU's late game for experimentals and some T3 stuff. The SCU's don't have the build speed of an ACU, but they're a lot faster than engineers

Thats why you build it with your ACU, You would hope that a T5 unit could wreak base this is why there are XP PD being added in soon.

Build times for EXP units/buildings are subject to change as the mod is in alpha but most likely they wont be altered very much (perhaps a min or 2). The build times are related to forge alliance build times for experimentals and if your want to reduce the build time/construction cost, this can be achieved through providing adjacency bonuses with tier 1/2/3 power generators and/or mass extractors.

As for the fire power of the experimental that you mentions above (tier 5) their strength reflects the time and cost that was needed to build the unit, however all units/buildings will get continually balanced as new releases come out.

I test a few the mod, and I don't know, the AI is actually unbalance because It doesn't make sense the false dificulty of the computer in the sense that if I put the skirmish in easy the computer act as in heavy or almost heavy, so please rebalance that

I really hope GOD experimentals will be EXTREMELY strong. One should be able to kill a whole farmed base with all its shields, defenses, T5 experimentals and everything in it. This means millions of hp - 6-7 million and insane regen. (3-4k)

GOD XPs will be the pinnacle of the mod. They will be the stars of the show because they will make the game different from anything we've seen before because of their iconic role of being absolute game-enders. This will make late-game fun and exciting. Seeing one HUGE unit demolish tons of others has always been the best thing about Sup Com by far and now with GOD XP the scale can be pushed really high :)
That's why people are excited about them. (not only me there are like 10 posts more I've seen regarding this)
