To make it short and sweet...this is a WIP. There's going to be bugs and unfinished stuff. If you want something that's perfect, don't download this.

Just thought i would let you guys know what we are currently working on.

Progress for RVE 2.0 Pre-Alpha
We are up to making the layouts for the tree most of the upgrades from the vanilla game have been removed a select few will be added back in.
After we have a research tree up then we will be going over the balance of each unit one by one, Please keep in mind RVE 2.0 will have its own balance it wont be based off 1.05 or vanilla.

Sometimes patience are our ultimate weapon. Just like the Supcom FA mod: Total Mayhem. We still hadn't received any updates for that mod more than a year, but we are still waiting. And don't forget to the modders have a private life too, and maybe sometimes things doesn't go well for them too... So we need to wait longer, but one day our patience rewards us..

Total Mayhem is already a very stable fully functional bug-free mod. But I agree with splke. We have been waiting for an alpha version for far too long. Everyday at work, first thing in the morning, I check this page with hope for something new and I`m doing this for the past year and half years. I really wished they at least released something even with lots of bugs. :'(

I fully agree... those of us patient enough to still be around deserves at least a rough idea of what the future holds...are we looking at another week, another month, 6 months, ANOTHER year of commitment, with nothing but (stunning) images being released every now and then....SOME kind of estimate at this point would be fair. I follow MANY mods, but this is MOD is both excellent and VERY vague with it's time lines, even for a mod this size.Give us SOME idea, for the faithful.

We don't give a date for one reason we work on the mod when we can and we are sorry we don't sit on it 24/7 but that would make us homeless sorry to say we don't get paid, We do this for the love of it and love can't pay bills. The mod still have a way to go but we are working on a pre-alpha version yes once we get a tree done we need to do a few balance changes then it will be playable but unit and weapon effects will have to wait till we are happy with the balancing.

so made a mod where you can change the amount of storage for energy and mass like in forged alliance it makes use of the "Zero Storage" command in the console by beginning of the game and then adds the two storages that are spawned at the beginning instead of the engis but im not so good at this that why the AI doesnt builds anything thats is more worth than 4000 mass and 15000 energy but i thought it would b a good idea for the revamp mod instead the storages at the beginning the acu get a bit....?????

if i play skirmish the enemy stops doing anything after 30 minutes in game
its realy anoying they just stop doing ****
they dont build anything, they dont attack, they dont defend, they dont make any units
and when they are doing stuff they dont build a base like they do without the revamp mod
in vanilla supcom2 they build a primary base and expand to other mass extractors around the map
now they just stay at spawn.
btw the enemy is allways at cheating difficulty
please help me

could be it but he doesnt even attack, hell hes not even moving
the whole base just stops like an emp hit it or something
and the unitcap is 1000 and he doesnt produce that much units at a time

tried that
gave the AI max resource bonus, buildspeed bonus, and unit veteranthingy but after they build their first monkeylord they freeze again
there are some engineers walking around building defence towers and shield generators but thats it
please help me
