Chaos Legions - 9 Original Traitor Legions and Renegades
Space Marines - Remaining 6 First Founding Legions, and 3 Second Founding Legions
Eldar - 6 most famous Craftworlds
Orks - The 6 major Clans
New units and characters for all the original races.


Installation Instructions:

1. Delete the codex folder and the code.module file in your Soulstorm directory.
2. Download both parts 1 and 2 of the Codex Base Code.
3. Extract both parts to your SS directory.
4. Download and extract Codex 3.5 to your Soulstorm directory.

5. Select “Dawn of War: Codex (3.5)” from the Game Manager.

There is a combiner module file for using in conjunction with the Tyranids (vs 0.51b) and the Black Templars (beta 5) mods included in the extracted folder,
but you will NEED these 2 great mods installed separately.

NOTE: The new races are not the same as other independently released versions, just to avoid confusion. These are the Codex versions, developed separately.

Hi everyone,

It's been a long time since any news was released, and there has been a good reason for that: frankly, there has not been any.

However, I can now reveal that work has been resumed, although at a slow pace. Deathwatch78 has generously found time in his busy schedule to give some time to modding, and will therefore be working on new eye candy for the next version. This also means anything which did not make it into 3.5 will be in the next version. On the other hand, the gameplay element is still on hold due to the absence of boothy_p.

Another question. Have anybody problems with the banners of each unique race for Spaces Marines such as Dark Angels, Grey Knights...The badge (after apply the addon banners and badges) is ok, but the banner is totally grey, despite of in the army painter appears the banner correctly.

The codex mod is just skirmish and multiplayer. That said, I still recommend trying to get it because it is really fun.

Got a bit of a bug report here; I've noticed on multiple games that once you build an allies building, say a Boyz Hut for a Tau player, if that Hut is then destroyed or deleted no other allies building can be built, nor can that building be rebuilt.

On another game as IG I've built an allied chapel-barracks, but it had no units available for construction. (Not as in greyed out, as in there were no buttons in the bar at all.)
