Does someone knows a way to disable gameplay auto recording from the game?, I found out that it was that feature the reason why the game stutters like crazy (on my PC).

The irony of silencers and realistic difficulty, is that in normal combat situations, they increase the range and piercing capabilities of a gun, however, gunshots still remain loud, something that doesn't happens in-game, it's by no means the mods fault, I'm ranting about Ubisoft laziness.

Gotta say mate, I had a lot, and I do mean a lot of fun playing the mod, shame that it's stutters a like hell, but that's a problem on my end because the computer I have is crap (oddly enough, kingdoms of amalur re reckoning runs quite smooth).

Now this is quite interesting!, it's rare seeing sp mods for counter strike deleted scenes.
Hell! There's even a mod in progress for freaking armies of exigo, so it's great to see underappreciated titles getting some love from the modding community.

This mod could be considered a spiritual successor of another one called "spirit of diablo" which tried to make the gameplay closer to the first game. In my case after playing the original now I understand why diablo 2 gameplay felt off. The reasons?, the gameplay its too fast which in turn removed the sense of dread and danger, the atmosphere of the game doesn't mix well with over the top action.
The game was successful because at the time few games like it had the promotional muscle nor its gameplay (throne of darkness, nox, 2 of the very few), people wanted action and action they got (which isn't a bad thing).
The sin war and the genesis 2.0 mod could be seen as mods for the harcore/tactical gamer.

Have been waiting years, "YEARS" for a mod like this. You just made single player more enjoyable and less stale for ut2004 mate.

Don't be lazy mate, there are a couple of quake source ports out there, download them and see which one works best. You expected me to tell you the exact name even though I no longer have quake on my PC?, I suppose you'll want me to change your diapers next.
Tch, tch lazy people these days.

That's a source port issue mate, it also happened to me until I choose another. Can't remember the name but the one I ended using didn't had fancy graphic features if memory serves me right.

Well looks like you got here some burning passion for your work mate, its a shame the game engine doesn't allow for missions selection on a world map like the originals(although those missions could still be added in linear fashion, it would be a little immersion breaking, but heck! They would still be there).

Gotta say, i was quite impressed with the addon mate, there were moments were the combat got so gruesome that I edend saying "Jesus Christ!" from time to time. Don't remove the reload animations though, it adds some tactical shooter flavor, the purists could go and enjoy "Beautiful Doom".

The mod has gone through one hell of a trip, i still remember when the menu had violin rendition of wolf3D theme, and the kick sprites were the same from brutal doom. Boy time sure does fly!.

Loved the mod, its a shame V0RPAL stopped working on it, lets hope some spark of inspiration made him return to modding. Still, its also good to know that ZioMcCall returned to work on his creation.

This is the first time I have seen a mod for armies of exigo here on moddb, black Hole entertainment knew how to create a great atmosphere in their games, but their gameplay seems to always end up being quite mediocre. Hell didn't knew armies of exigo even had modding tools.

Gonna admit some of the custom missions from the mod where better than the ones from Infinity wars, it felt like an almost real warzone.

Can't play the mod anymore, it freezes from time to time only to had my character be teleported a certain distance only to get killed, i suppose it has to do with assets experiencing a bottleneck.

Amen to that, disappearing corpses ruins immersion, at least make it a toggleable option for those who don't want it.

Now this would truly help with immersion, and game atmosphere, now if some reload animations and decorative objects could be added to the world it would be great, that is of course if the engine allows it.

Mate, if you want to improve the AI then you must learn from the best, and its F.E.A.R, "goal action oriented planning" is the way to go, unless the game engine won't let you imitate it :-\

Sounds great, but the tool needs to be released first in order to see if truly works as advertised, pr talk should not be trusted. And besides, we still have directx 5 & 7 games which could use a tool like this one to increase their modding potential.

The doom modding community has always, going crazy and making good mods. Hell! doom could end up being 60 years old (build engine too, can't forget that one) and people would still keep modding it.

Well, its very unusual to se another mod for the original red Alert, figure everybody went crazy with the remasters and forgot about the classics. I suppose the original its easier to mod?.

Mate don't hurry the release of the next version of the mod, people these days must be on a constant sugar rush because they just can't wait for things. Stress can kill people, and if they die their projects can also die too.

Holy cow! this was the kind of mod i was looking for in order to play the original command & conquer, and it doesn't reach more than 20gbs of hard drive space. Loved the original, but some mechanics are sadly way too outdated (crazily enough the original red Alert that came a year after plays way better somehow).

There is a set of like 10 or so gdi missions with cinematics from the original command & conquer on the mods menu, It could be called a campaign of sorts. Wouldn't be just easier to say that nod doesn't have campaign for the time being?.

Its kind of ironic that that fans of duke nukem could end up doing what 3D Realms did not. John Broussard was either a perfectionist or very insecure individual at that time, duke nukem forever 2001 was gameplay wise ahead of pretty much almost everything back then, did he forgot that Duke 3D couldn't compete in terms of graphics with Quake yet people loved the game anyway?.
The best of luck to all of you guys, and beware Randy Pitchford, that man its a bane upon gaming, who knows what temper tantrum he could launch to have the project canned.

They stole his cat! i'm getting some John Wick vibes from that. Jokes aside, great mod, more quality (and passionate) blood content its always welcome. Glad to know it works with multiple source ports too (in my eyes fresh supply its just inferior, even though I love the kex engine).
