No More Room in Hell is created by a mix of newbie, indie, and industry developers. For some it is a hobby and for others it is experience in developing a game with other people. We do not get paid cash from the work we put into it, but we do get paid in experience, portfolios, and being part of a fun project.
Unfortunately our time to work on the mod is limited due to our daily lives and jobs. The more help we get, the better and faster we can make NMRiH. We have added several community members to the team who made maps and other content. So why not you!? With your help we can make our Steam release more content and feature complete and sooner. Our game is still in the beta stages which means it is still lacking in some departments. Things like character models and custom animations for example.
With that said, we are putting out the call for contributors. If you or a friend are looking to get into game design on a level of hobby, indie, or all the way to becoming an industry professional, then modding is the place to start. We are in need of:
To help us create more player character choices, modular zombies for variety, and corpses/other NPCs
To help us create content ranging from objective items, to military/civilian vehicles, street lights, dumpsters, furniture and more
To help us create new amazing animations for all the zombies, players, children, National Guard and more
To help us create more maps for our Objective mode and planned modes in the future
To help us create environment textures for our level designers to use to help the game look more unique, original and to cut down on the Half-Life 2 content of which there is still some being used
To apply for the team, simply post a thread in our forums: Nomoreroominhell.com
Don’t have time to be part of the team? Have a character model or other art assets you would like to contribute? Just e-mail us at contact@nmrih.com or let us know on our forums: Nmrih.com - You will have your work immortalized in the game and your name added to the contributors list on our site.

I first heard about this mod on a very recent PC Gamer (US) podcast and as a zombie entertainment enthusiast couldn't pass it up looking in to it. I have been through the available maps, on the few servers that pop up in the server list, and this is a fantastic zombie mod because it will make you concerned by zombies again and not just because the ammo is sparse. The zombies are tough to put down with anything less than hit to their dome. Its often better to try to run past the zombies than engage…

Hey NMRIH Dev team, I'm not entirely sure if I've bugged you guys about this before but I'm going to pose the question anyway. Would it be at all possible to update NMRIH to the alien swarm sdk? It's pretty annoying not to be able to achieve the glorious 60fps because of not being able to enable multicore rendering.
So, the Sweps for Gmod can someone give me the link??
On a slightly more trivial and wishful note, Would you guys mind adding either the Glock 22 chambered in .40 S&W or the Glock 17 chambered in 9mm? They are both very realistic guns to find as its commonplace in most police stations armory. A remington 700 is also commonplace in both law enforcement as well as recreational hunters. This fine weapon can be chambered in almost every popular round around. Including .223,.308,30-06, and 7.62. Perhaps you could find different barrels for the Remington 700 and change them so the Remington 700 will fire a different round depending on which barrel you find it with and which ine you decide to swap it out for. Again, this is wishful thinking from a gun aficionado who already appreciates the level of realism incorporated into the game as it is without making full on military simulation.
I can't wait!!! will you guys upload anything on your youtube channel?
We will be soon!
cool
To me, this game is really fun at first, but loses its value and excitement over a long period of time. Anyone else agree?
You just effectively described 98.9% of all known bits of media out there in history
For 0.7?
If so, I got one question:
What does it add?
New weapons, new survival maps (new objective maps in the works too), new player animations, all new music and dynamic music system, new fx/art/models/textures for community level designers, and tons of bug fixes.
