CNC Fallout is a total conversion mod for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars that postulates this very question. Upon completion, CNC Fallout will replace all elements in C&C3, introducing three unique factions: NATO (comprising of the US and Western European States), The Soviet Union and Australia. Hey Henford awesome job with the mod just want to ask is the mods release date still for the end of this year?
Hard to say - things have come up recently that have resulted in me not being able to work on the mod as often as I would like. Rest assured though, the mod won't die - and hopefully now I will be able to get back to work on it at full capacity.

I mean, this mod has much more 'finished' content then any other C&C 3 mod.
