1.)Husks-Negotiator,T-108,MLRS, all Harvesters and even ADF MCV with Soviet Stallins Fist
could have recapturable husks.
2.)Stealth detection-for ADF MSA, deployed Soviet Pantsir.
3.)Minefields-from ADF and NATO APC's and Soviet Pantsir.
4.)Not walls but-roadblocks,barbed wire,sandbags.
5.)Infiltrator/Technician/SAS squad ability-digging a bunker.
And ability to cast Camo net in area of effect-temporal stealth while idle,
for all affected ADF vehicles.
6.)Upgrades-like improved diesel engines-movement speed for vehicles.
Armor-piercing ammo/Depleted Uranium shells for APC's,ZSU-increasing attack damage,attack range.

Decreased absolute lethality of Bio rockets and its immeassurable collateral friendly fire on both own and enemy general infantry must be put under some control.
7.)Revolutionist-Vodka provision- passive ability providing increased statistics to nearby infantry.
8.)Engineer equipment-I wonder if he could create some machine gun post from the stuff he carries in suitcase.Like Entrench ability of RA2 Allied GI maybe. :D

Looking forward to v0.3 radical changes and new stuff.

Thought I would post here since I have the steam version and had trouble launching the mod at first due to no launch menu.

Follow the instructions from the installer. Make sure you installed it in the right path: C:\Users\You\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods

Open up steam and go to your games library, and right click Tiberium Wars and select Properties, click on Set Launch Options.. and type "-ui" without quotes. and click OK.

You can just start the game normally and the menu will show-up. Click on game browser, mods tab then enjoy the mod :)

Hope it helped some people. Thanks to melolipop on steam.

Hi Henford! First of all I really like your work (the new maps are awesome). I thought of something that could be added in the Soviet faction; a VTOL Pak Fa, with stealth. Apart from that, I believe that the Soviets could use a scout unit. What do you think of my suggestions? Good luck with your project!

I downloaded the mod into the CNC3 mod folder. I was presented with an installation icon on my desktop. I went ahead and installed the mod, but how in the heck do I play with the new mod? HELP

You need the disk. If you have a pirated version, then you need to have the .iso file mounted. You also need to update the game to... I don't remember which patch, but I think it was either 1.1 or 1.9 (sometimes known as 1.01 or 1.09). After you have updated, you insert the disk, and a game menu pops up. (that is for most games, by the way). Once that pops up, click on 'game browser' to the right of the 'Play' button. A new window will pop up. In the top-right hand corner it will say 'Replays' and 'Mods'. Click on mods, and click on 'CNCFallout'. Then, bottom-left will have the button 'launch game'. Click it, and wait a bit. The game should start up then. Have a wonderful day, Guest, and I sincerely hope you can get this to work.

You have to rename the "NATO" faction to USA because it has NOTHING TO DO with NATO.
NATO's Infantry is base on French, German and British not American.
NATO's main battle tanks is Leopard not Abrams.
NATO's APC is Boxer, I think is correct in the mod.
NATO's Arty is LARS not MLRS.
NATO's Arty is Panzerhaubitze not Paladin.
NATO's Helicopter is Eurocopter Tiger not Apache.
NATO's Aircraft is Eurofighter Typhoon not Raptor.
NATO's High Tech is Ion and Plasma Tech, US is Laser and Railgun Tach.

Read the storyline, and whilst you're at it; familiarise yourself with what the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation actually is.

NATO is not the European Union. NATO is an intergovernmental military alliance entailing the armies of the United States and Canada as well as numerous European nations.

Whilst you're at it, please read the pages of background and story and information in the mod operations manual.

Either way, Fallout has its own storyline, where Soviets are invading Australia and Australia may or may not be in war (and winning it)with both Soviets and NATO(USA). :-)
Though, I could agree with Eurofighter and Eurotiger,but, in the end it would be just a superficial change.
NATO's APC is LAV-25, made in Canada, based on Swiss vehicle....
Humvee,due to Henfords manual is in Spain,Turkey,Canada,GB.
I wonder who and why he/she killed Gorbachev, in this storyline, in the year I were born.. :D
Litzkov seems not to be all that different from Putin.
And dont forget the Asian Defense Pact between Soviets and China.
I wonder when they will invade the non-existing Japan, etc.

... Sounds accurate, but realistically, he can do what he wants. Also, there is the fact that this entire thing is based off of a 'What if' scenario, in which case he has a lot more freedom to do what he wants with this mod. I hear what you're saying, but 'what if' statements means that, as one of your examples for instance, perhaps the Abrams replaced the Leopard, and perhaps NATO adopted a lot of tech from the US, while still keeping some of their own stuff. Once again, I hear what you're saying, and it makes logical sense "In today's world", but I am going to mention the whole 'what if' statement: we are living in a separate world/historical timeline than that of CNC Fallout. once again, not hating, or anything like that.

Ok first of all the sfx added are just delicious and CNC Fallout is similar to Generals which is my favorite of all C&C games well 2nd only to Red Alert 2. The game makes me feel powerful unlike vanilla and Kane's Wrath because their super weapons and explosions are puny. In Fallout, explosions really light 'em up and supers along with tactical powers make the loudest boom! Basically, everything packs a punch! However, there are some things I would like to point out that might improve the immersion…
