Commander, you will be deployed to war shortly. Don't enter the battle unprepared; read the operations manual and brief yourself for the mission at hand.

Where exactly do I put the mod files? Also, I do not have the C&C3 mod launcher, so what is the file path that I have to use to play this?

Fist of Stalin should not be T1, for balancing reasons
when compared to NATO and Aussie MCV.
Even price could be raised from 2800 to 3000 credits.

By file path I meant the one in the properties for the shortcut (the ONLY way to play mods if you don't have a mod launcher)

Isn't the entire design of the Soviets cheap and spammy? Making it T2 might be something to consider but the price should be less to reflect that design.

Stalins fist is mightiest weapon Soviets has on ground.
T-90 is cheaper yet superior to Abrams.
NATO has crane/outpost that flies, yes, but cannot be unpacked,is not T1 and is for 3500 with helluva long build time.
ADF(Aussie defense force)MCV is harmless and vulnerable.
When ADF is on offensive, they are also and even cheaper, spammier faction-Lazarus,Redback,APC.
When ADF is defensive, they spamm skokka,inbuilt/taipans,bunkers.
So if your greatest weapon on ground serves both as crane/outpost,can be unpacked and is repairable when deployed, then both its price and tier should reflect on it.
Battalions of sturdy Soviets tanks certainly aint cheap, maybe except for terror drone and zsu.
Just 200 credits and 2 build time second cheaper of ADF MCV to Soviet one aint fair.

You pointed out some eye openers I've missed through all the hours I've put into v0.2, and I had previously focused on things like the ore trucks and etc. Good pointers! Behind you on these ones as well. Now I'm prompted to go back and see if I can spot something similar as well.

Henford, I have a question.

Unless you had put another artillery unit for Australia in V 0.3...Why does Autralia( the faction whose strengh is artillery) only have one (but really powerfull) unit; While the NATO have two units, with one of them being purchable soon in-game?

Shoulnd the Australia faction have more artillery? Just saying.

That's what defines CNC; asymmetrical teams with their own flavor of kickass that fulfills certain needs in different ways.

Ok first of all the sfx added are just delicious and CNC Fallout is similar to Generals which is my favorite of all C&C games well 2nd only to Red Alert 2. The game makes me feel powerful unlike vanilla and Kane's Wrath because their super weapons and explosions are puny. In Fallout, explosions really light 'em up and supers along with tactical powers make the loudest boom! Basically, everything packs a punch! However, there are some things I would like to point out that might improve the immersion…
