Commander, you will be deployed to war shortly. Don't enter the battle unprepared; read the operations manual and brief yourself for the mission at hand.

Probably because Henford is only one guy, and hasn't had the opportunity to find voice actors yet. Finding decent ones and having them record all the necessary lines is likely easier said than done.

Mind you, it's possible to recycle voice acting from previous games. Especially the Red Alert series, where you could use Allied voices for NATO units and Soviet voices for the USSR. Even Rise of the Reds does something similar.

Just realized that without voice acting game is boring,it plays an important role in the game...

Brilliant mod, Henford! I may or may not have only tried it initially because it gives Australia the fully-fledged faction we deserve. But I found the other factions to be sufficiently different from one another, and enjoyable to play as in their own ways.

I was a bit curious about the real-life Metal Storm and how similar their multi-barrel weapons are to the arrays seen in your mod. I found a video of them testing a similar weapon, but it was nowhere near as awesome.

Following the Australasian War, the ADF probably contributed quite a bit to the Badarse Weapons Initiative. Must have helped Metal Storm take the technology up to 11.

Reminds me of some very specific restroom activities.

Back to the gameplay balance, I found that the Fist of Stalin has health/armor inherited from old MCV's.
And that means that the heaviest, most expensive T1 Soviet MCV vehicle with heaviest cannons is also one of the most fragile and vulnerable vehicles in game.

Ok first of all the sfx added are just delicious and CNC Fallout is similar to Generals which is my favorite of all C&C games well 2nd only to Red Alert 2. The game makes me feel powerful unlike vanilla and Kane's Wrath because their super weapons and explosions are puny. In Fallout, explosions really light 'em up and supers along with tactical powers make the loudest boom! Basically, everything packs a punch! However, there are some things I would like to point out that might improve the immersion…
