Description
Rumour has it that the mutation of The Zone has bred a new type of "Chimera" monster. This is the only photograph that actually depicts this new horrible animal and no one knows if this is a fake or not.
This picture was said to be found in a camera close a dead stalker. His face torn off showing nothing but a bloody crushed skull.
Is it true?
I need a good closeup photograph of this creature for research and the bold stalker who is able to capture this new breed on a photo (preferably in daylight) and mail it to me will be rewarded with the location of a very valuable (maybe even lifesaving) stash outside Pripyat.
This task is of course confidential as I really can't support any entry to the excluded zone.
I don't care if you kill the creature or not. Intelligence just need the picture(s) to see how this creature has evolved in this short period of time.
If we are going to take pictures why not do it like Bioshock? By that i mean that you get more points(rublees?) for a picture of them alive, dead you get less and make it so you have to get pretty close to them
Good idea. I'll raise the reward for a detailed picture of chimera alive

When I will see this on a lonely trip in the forest, I will throw away every damn thing, every weapon, turn around and think "God, give me speed! Run for life! Run! RUN!! RU!.. and Tramplin is always there.

I don't see the difference with regular Chimera.
It certainly looks more viscious (spelling?) Teeth and claws more predatory looking. Snout? Uglier. If you put it next to a regular chimera you would see the difference then. In comparison the regular face looks almost domesticated or at least docile.
Certainly, you haven't met regular Chimera if you can't see the difference :)
The first head is scary enough, i dont want to see the second one... :D
Looks like he took some steroids. In that case watch out for his roid rage.

On the side of the head, is that an ear or the other head? ... btw, can you give it a melee attack? fighting this thing face to face would be epic (and scary)
You see that small pointy thing just left of the eye? That's the ear.
The large part further left which is more illuminated.. that's shoulder muscles
No, i didnt saw that little thing, i'm talking about the big ball on the side of the neck, that doesn't look like the shoulder, it looks like the second head but in the other side
Yeah, the second head is on the right, instead of on the left. This image is a mirrored shop, but a very good one. I recognized the background though, that's what gave it away once I looked up the original.
Still, points awarded for effort. Would be great to see the actual thing ingame, but we'll have to wait for that I guess.
