Nice location, a bit of artistic licence and it will make a great post apocalyptic scene.
Love the room @ 00:41, feels like home :) Some familiar images there.
I think it looks great, the way nature reclaims everything is always a pleasure to see.
Very in keeping with the type of atmosphere MDT are creating.

I love going out in the field and capturing real-world elements to then bring into the game. Looks like a fruitful trip, nice work!

Eee.. does anyone else feel that this video hints, not so subtly, at having some good and original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. graffiti/art on buildings?
Since we can see there is no shortage of musicians in the Zone, I could see some graphics-inclined artists showing off their stuff on a few walls of those dilapidated buildings strewn all over.. somehow only logos for Freedom, Duty, etc. don't really add enough personality to the zone..
Don't get me wrong, we all agree the Zone has its own personality, thereby we are here enjoying this phenomenon called S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games.
I mean, it has been quite a few years, if you observe the game's time-span, I feel there should be some more street-like/zone art in a few places.
How difficult could it be to add a layer of graffiti to some of the textures or some buildings? Maybe as an add-on?
.. and maybe we will happen upon an unfinished piece of art on an abandoned bus with a S.T.A.L.K.E.R.'s body laying nearby with a bullet-punctured spray can of paint still in his hand.. dry white paint in a swirl with the unfortunate man's blood right beneath his body..
