The commissary at Fort Gordon (the US Army post close to where I live) has Lebkuchen right now! I just had a cup of coffee and a couple of Lebkuchen, these ones are from the Wirklein company, not the best I've had, but it's the best we get here.
That's one of the things I miss from Deutschland, is the wunderbar bakereis! (is that correct? I think I screwed up the plural of bakery.)
Anyway Frohliche Weinachten! (I know it's early, but Lebkuchen gets me in the Christmas spirit!)
