I'm so glad this mod is gaining players again, but i keep getting an NSIS error on the installer? Anyone know a fix? I've tried a few but no luck..

Check out project reality, they have 128+ servers with minimal lag spikes. Pretty impressive!

I downloaded version 4.2 and when i try to run it i get an NSIS error saying the installer's integrity check failed. I've tried re-downloading it whilst changing the name and disabling my anti-virus..
Any suggestions?

If you can't afford this, try Empires mod for the Source engine - very similar concept.

WOW. This is an amazing mod, I want to see a sequel! The variety of the puzzles was great and a couple a bit challenging but I made it through, love that Cart-ride and Mr Whirly!

It just doesn't run for me either. It's the new update, it broke all mods for CoH, for instance EIR but that's fixed now.

One thing about the holy hand grenade, i love the flash effect, but the explosion has to be more EPIC and explosiony. Not just some little white blobs floating, I know that its probably still early in production but thats one suggestion :). And will there be the 'HALLELUJAH' from worms? (such an awesome game and the holy hand grenade is my FAVE weapon :)

Wow, I'm downloading this! The video is great, nicely based on Band of Brothers. And the music from Homeworld is a nice touch.

Just install the game and it will appear on your games list, there is no need to reset it as it won't affect your original HL2.

To uninstall it just delete it in your sourcemods folder.

Well L4D is a mod really of the source engine, does look preety damn good!

I agree, Hl2 is an amazing game! But with L4D coming out they may have made a better game...... Who knows?

Just restart steam after install and/or make sure its in the right directory ---- Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods

This mod is very much alive!!! There are many clans and i am part of the LG (Ex-51st) Keep downloading because it is alot of fun and when you do Linebattles its awesome! Can't wait till the 1.2/2.0 patch comes out, very soon!

Yes, definate. I tried it again and the zombies are working! But still the Alyx bit doesn't work though :(

There is a bug!! I cant play past the bit which it goes black then Alyx saves you because nothing happens and you keep getting shot by the CP's!!!? Also there is no zombies when i each map! --- so whats the point of this mod if its just the original HL2 maps with weapons, thats the same as SMOD original!!!?

Yeh the controls are really dodgy and hard to get used to and the camera should just follow the ball cos you lose focus on the ball (and it falls off....) But the concept is fun so well done on that!

what the 'Rarzilla!' does is unzip the files in a folder right next to the .rar file so open that and move the maps into your portal maps folder.
