Yes, being FX is a good idea, but one of the goals of this is to give the salvage corvette a lot more usefulness, because we still can't have ship salvaging like in Hw1. The idea was to decrease the resources in a map, and make people use the corvette to recover debris for RU.

Recessing the black lines or extruding plates would greatly increase the polycount without adding much to the model. And don't forget there was a **** load of swarmers in the original, and we intend to have even more in the campaign...

Maybe it's the GIF conversion, the texture is basically the same, the greys or dust in it are the same as in the original.

No one said that... it would be murderous to ruin HW1 animatics, if i could i would remaster them as well, but there's no way i can do that. What i said was that he would have to wait and see what the model was for.
