Almost all the fleet ships are done, now i'm working on the SP models like this inhibitor, the research station and ghost ship are looking very good as well.
In someone doesn't know this is a concept art by J.A.K. for HW1.
It's great to see people still working on HW2 modding tools after all these years. The UI is a bit buggy on my Win7 but everything seems to be working fine, including the handy paint.net plugin (a plugin for PS/Psp would be ideal though).

Here's another remastered model, the cargo crate.
I suggest having a few more than in the original, and maybe a few stacked together.
I found kharak in the relic forums, i've already contacted it's creator to ask if we can use it, and remove or reduce the oceans. If he could also make a burnt version it would be great.
The target drone model is finished and sent for hodding. I had a idea about it for the SP campaign, but in the end it's up to you, the drone should hodded as a enemy unit that HS in for the 2 initial tests, and in the third the drone model should de hodded as the salvaged crates from hw2 missio 1.
At least this time we wont be using just the old outdated ships, i will be making new higher resolution ships(at lest by hw2 standards), and we will try to get in over our heads with too many stuff at the same time.

Hodding i have no idea, but lod1 will be the original model. i first group and remap the original textures, that leaves me with the original model ready as lod1 and saves a lot of work later. It's from that model that i begin adding detail, goblins and enhancing the texture.

yes, its the clamp, and that's a good idea, but it's up to the hodders, i just model and texture. A had the model finished, but because of what we said on the forum i decided to post it.

@Hell_digunner, Sunrise ltd was created for this mod by AJLsunrise, meanwhile he went MIA, leaving me alone on the mod, if not for Dark_Sajuuk, Chimas and later Krnt, this mod would have been long dead, there was no way or sense i could do it all on my own. So we no offitial team name, but we are a team, i make the ships, but this mod wouldn't be what it is without them.

Work is well under way, mainly on the the kushan side, and yes all ksn vettes are complete, because of that shared hull design.

I don't know, but i spent a while tracking someone to talk to, besides i only got permission because it was a trade for some of my remastered ships. You probably had nothing to offer them.
I use -w 1360 -h 768, it's the max my old LCD accepts, but yes the image was resized to make the wallpaper.
But how do you force antialiasing on your GPU? I have a Radeon 6800.

These textures were originally made by RELIC for HW1, i just resized them 4X and enchanted them in PSP (a lower cost photoshop clone).
Yes the .hod format is a model+texture packaging system, it uses dds image format(there is a plug in for it to photoshop)

Yes Amdreed, and the assault frig also, i asked DS and he gave me the ok. Besides, it would be a shame if his frigates never got released.
The heavy corvette really is one of my all time favorite ships, and seeing this makes me proud of all the hours i spend working on this mod :D

The support frig is still on the to do list.
It will be hard but we are trying to add fuel, i think it's one think that makes sense. and adds a twist to the gameplay.
I guess i missed that one, but it's not far from it, just the semi spheres goblins i added on the sides should be inward and lacks a few antennas on top.
the details on the engine are needed there otherwise it would be just a simple strait line upwards.
