A petition to prove Microsoft® and Digital Anvil® that the Freelancer community is still active. These petitions were started numerous times without success, but there is no reason to expect that anything good will happen to you if you don't do something for it.
Sign this petition so that we could get a basic number of Freelancer players, if the number will be impressive we will send this petition to Microsoft® and please them for the Freelancer source code, and the source code of the tools they've been using to create it (Not including commercial software like model editors, etc.)

i love this game, hope it will go on for many years
ATTENTION ALL MODDERS. I have a proposition. Personally, I would do this myself but I know absolutely nothing about creating mods for games. However, if anyone has the inclination to do so, both myself and several hundred others would like to see a Homeworld total conversion for the game. I cannot give you any more enticement but if anyone loves the Homeworld universe and has the knowhow to create a mod, please do so. Thank you.
i played this game multiplayer, but now after years i can't connect to multiplayer servers, can someone help me? i used global workaround(not working), direct connect not working... so can anyone help me? all ports is open.
reinstall, reinstall mods, and if ur using discovery do NOT activate server workaround, it will fry the mod.
still same problem :(
Are you using Vista? And are you using AVG, Norton or Mcafee for virus protection? Those are the most common problems that prevents people from connecting to servers.
im using XP SP3 and NOD32 antivirus
some mods have got server access built into them which allows them to connect to several different servers.
