Rebalance 3.56
c4 brings back Multiple Cruise speeds / sellable engines / Voice Call signs / ENB Series graphics update / new improved FLhook system / 1680x1050 support / Large Ship Docking / Hit boxes improved / working GLS imbeded / plus a whole load of fixes tweaks and improvments to the mod.

Enjoy the New fixes.

* Update -

Rebalance Forum now on ModDB for support posting.

Rebalance is now available in compressed ini format.
this should make it run a little faster (good for servers)
Currently this will be available as a seperate download untill its reported as working fine.

Tryed to play different version of Rebalance.And i cannot choose which version of mod is much stable?Version like 3.56,3.55,3.50 have so much thing that i cannot understand(some easy example why in SP Trent get few cool weapons on his first ship?it is not balance it is unbalance).

Now i playing a little with rebalance 3.40.pretty good start(no Overpowered weapons in starter ship,and normal ship at start).Yes 3.40 lacks many intresting ships(firebase ship pack and much other)but it seems it much pretty stable.

panzer225 to brolee-In ALL mods of freelancer,the easiest way to blow up the enemy is to have at least one kind of weapon in each weapons slot,like slot one a laser,slot two a pulse weapon,slot three a neutron gun,slot four a mass driver.Since most mods only allow only ONE kind of shield can be used,then having multiple kinds of weapons will have an advantage over your enemies.In Rebalanced 3.55 and beyond the are ships that have TWO shield slots,and there are a couple of ships that can carry all three kinds of shields!!

One thing always is missing. Is a MOD for single player or for use with a server. I never find this information and it is a hell of a job to install a MOD and see wath it is. Thanks annyway

panzer225 to brolee--With the Discovery Mods 4.84 was the last useable Mod in this series. 4.85 went thru 3 "revisions" and the mod suffered more and more with each "revision". Like Cross-fire,the only time you encounter other ships,is when you take on a mission to kill somebody.There's no patrols,no military or pirates or police or bounty hunters scanning your cargo for illegal contents.And it's another mod which only uses one kind of shield at a time.Lots of cool ships and nice cargoes,but they elimited the original game base,due to several jump gates and jump holes being removed or re-routed!!!Many ships have trouble docking with mooring docks at planets,especially with 4.86,which "THEY" REFUSE TO FIX!!!

panzer225 to brolee...With cross-fire you are stuck with eye candy graphics,the only value trade is pilots,cargo ships are hidden in out of the way locations,and your stuck with basic weapons,most "new" ships are in "out of sirius"locations,and since you CAN'T USE Freelancer Companion it takes 2 or 3 hundred hours to finally find THAT THIS MOD SUCKS!!!

Spam bot NPC shielding kind of a put off in crossfire. Too much of a chore to blow anything away.

panzer225 to brolee-- In most Freelancer MODS,when you blow up a weapons platform,you get nothing!!!In Rebalanced,you usually get a Deep Scanner-which you can repair and mount on your ship or if you have it already,you can sell it for 12,000 credits-everything has value in Rebalanced,even pilots!!In the original Freelancer,all NPC DIE !!!In Rebalanced most pilots eject,and sometimes weapons,scanners,cargo,nanobots,shield batteries,etc.,etc.!!!Just download Freelancer Companion from www.wizou.com for the BEST guide,works with most mods for freelancer,EXCEPT cross-fire mods and Discovery 4.86...
