We're very excited to announce that version 0.6 of Freelancer: HD Edition has been released! In this update we focused mostly on adding all HD Base Interiors, improving the starspheres, updating the planet textures, and bug fixes. In addition to this, we were also sure to add some exciting new features to the mod, like a new awesome menu intro!

Love this chaps! One issue though: is there a way to make the targetting reticule bigger or easier to see? I'm an old bloke and it's eyestrain city for me.

what a gem. best SP mod. contains all the original bite of the NP attacks.

I made a Reshade preset for this. Images here: Imgur.com and here: Imgur.com Preset here: Nexusmods.com
To use it download the latest Reshade and when installing choose: Freelancer.exe from the EXE folder in the Mods install directory. If you installed with dgVoodoo then choose DirectX 10/11/12. Select Update Reshade and effects. Choose the preset file (B1NCH1CKENNfree.ini) and install.

Is it possible for me to remove black bars from cutscenes or make them way smaller? Just wanting to make for some cinematic screenshots.
adoxa's FL Hack tool has an option to remove those black bars.
