Description
This is an ingame screenshot displaying some environment and my encounter with a Flesh mutant (which has a redesignet skin).
I am currently working on a new main menu and also editing the HUD to be compatible with most screen resolutions.
This mutated creature attacked me in utter aggression.
Is it a dark devil spawn with a blackened mind?...
Or simply a tormented pig that cannot handle its own aggression?
Should I leave it cripled to die on its own?
Or should I spend one of my few last Ruger rounds to end its MISERY?

This is utterly awesome N! really, love the environment, the brown coloured and de-saturated landscape life up to the name of the mod! if you need rock/stone/brick/landscape textures, you know were to find me btw :)

357 magnum or 38 special ?
It's a Ruger GP-100, .357 Magnum, and as per typical, any .357 magnum revolver can use .38 Special rounds although it's unlikely that this mod will feature .38 special rounds.
I'll chose the good(?) ending of the story:
The Stalker lowers his Ruger, ready to make a run for it and leave the dying creature behind. His ammo is scarce, and more hostile beings could lure anywhere. But in the last second, a chill travels down his spine. The horrible moaning of the creature penetrates the cold air. Is it the sound of a monster, or the desperate cry of a former animal, begging for it's pain to end?
Taking aim again, a single bullet is released from the firearm, piercing itself into the molten skull of the beast. With a final whimper of relief, the "Flesh" goes down, it's body devoid of all movement. The Stalker stares at the corpse, feeling a unburdening but yet worrying spark in his mind. Was it the right choice? Are we not in a world where even the slightest act of mercy could mean one's downfall? A world where little to nobody will ever thank or remember you for your deeds in death?
Carefully checking his pistol magazine, the Stalker takes a deep breath and continues his aimless journey into the unknown. For that poor creature the torment has come to an end. But the Stalker's MISERY, clinging to his soul like a eternal curse, is far from over...
Good continuation there.. What keeps you from writing the full book? You master english and german.
My wife is in the book industry. I would be happy to do the cover(s) and translation into danish. Or you could make it as an e-book with integrated artwork. I am not joking.
Hello there Sir. Thanks for the kind words. To be honest, I have written a lot of stuff, even Stalker related, in my past already. However, I was never really into trying to write a big book. Most of the time something came in the way or I simply lost motivation. Besides, my english may be fine but lacks professionalism. Enough for simple stories, but probably not for a full-length journey.
In all honesty, I don't think I could write anything the world hasn't seen before. But your offer, if truly non-joking, is a pleasent one.
If you are interested, then I might write a short Stalker story and send it to you eventually, in case you enjoy to read random "fan-fiction".
Tell you what, if you feel like doing a Stalker based short story I will be sharing it with everyone here. Turning it into a downloadable pdf that is easy on the eyes and with Scleras musical score attached.
This would be wonderful. I´d like to read your previous works. Is there a way to download it?
Hey there. Haha, I am afraid not. My previous "work" is more or less what I write out of boredom now and then, nothing professional and hardly worth to be uploaded anywhere. But thanks for the kind words >) Perhaps if Sir Aaroe feels like putting something on here, and if I feel like writing something (busy at the moment in life)you will get the chance.

Cool, it looks less mutated that way, it has an actual pig-like snout and only two eyes.
I absoultely love that design! But I hope this won't replace the fleshes outright.
