I think I got it,pretend you whant to mass produce, so you go in the barracks, click a cameo with a x4 in it,it would only take one prodouction space,but you would have to pay for the price of four of that unit,and when it's done,four of that unit would come out.

you can kill helicopters by shooting their engines, so a possible abilty is to down helicopters.
