The year is 2055, more than thirty years after the events of Zero Hour, Earth suffers a catastrophic collision with meteorites. The world is thrown into turmoil as large swathes of land are annihilated. Four factions, the ADF (Asian Democratic Federation), WEA (West European Alliance), WLF (World Liberation Front), and AC (American Confederacy) are at war for control of the remaining already harder to find resources as well as the preservation of their nations and geopolitical interests. UAN commanders, seeing what WEA and USA were developing, began work on their newest piece, the Behemoth. Not much is known about this mysterious unit at the present time, other than a brief sighting by a veteran WEA solider serving in western Asia.
The survivors of the WEA’s west Asian detachment witnessed this machine first hand, assisting on the obliteration of their temporary outpost. The old solider has this to say “We were keeping watch on the mountain pass in shifts, monitoring UAN armour movement and reporting it back to base via radio. At about 1:00 AM we saw something BIG moving forward through the darkness. We thought it was searching for something. We realised that something turned out to be us when 100 kilowatt headlights blazed into life flooding our makeshift watchtower with light…
I was half blinded by the intense light but I thought I saw other vehicles appearing as if by magic next to the main vehicle. Before I could wonder what I was seeing, the machine did something...
Seconds later, missiles seemed to appear from the shadow of the vehicle and our watch tower toppled. I was pitched out of the tower impacting with the rocky ground, instantly losing consciousness. When I came to the rest of my detachment was dead, I radioed for help and a passing MRC picked me up and took me back to base. Whatever that thing was I doubt we've seen the last of it.”

The production of infantry is too hard to explain (attack of the clones lol), but the ability to garrison troops will be great. By the way, can it produce tanks on the move or should be deployed/stand still?

Actually Pav Confirmed the function was to build some chosen UAN units.
Well, that and it can use it's primary weapon to destroy units.

Heh, glad you like the UAN's Behemoth Bomercan. It's for the UAN though, since EC (this mod) replaces the ZH factions with our own unique creations.
Here's a very brief summary:
UAN - Rely on massed, cheap units, early-game, and heavier units late-game.
AC - Rely on powerful, slow, costly tanks.
WEA - Rely on defences more than the other 2 factions, however they can still hold their own in a fight.

Umm, sorry to ask this Q but I feel a bit unclear. About the description of the factions:

My Q is if in real time you go PvP would WEA have weaker units (more like GLA) compared to AC or UAN, or if you combine units with great tactics it would not make any difference since in PvP you don't use static defenses so much
will this "mobile war factory" produce aditional unitas? if yes ill buy it if no ill still buy it but only to look at it
