Just putting it out there for everyone, when a modder uploads their mod to moddb, the moderators have to go through the file and make sure that it functions and won't give anyone viruses. If a mod is popular enough the moderators will give it priority. So say if Sturm uploads the download at 12pm Eastern Standard Time (USA east coast), it might not be until 2am the next day that it posts on the site, especially for large downloads. I remember a mod for Star Wars Empire at War called Republic at War that was/is hugely popular, it took around 13 hours for the admins to allow everyone to download.

For those having issues with the campaigns starting up, I believe it is due to the new update to 2.3.4. I may be incorrect but that would make sense. Is anyone with the most current version able to run as usual?

It would be very difficult to change. Assuming you aren't an expert it's not realistic. If you want full squads either play as the CIS and spam B1's or box select your squad and press cntrl + 1 and that makes it so that every time you press 1 it selects the whole squad. You can do that with all the number keys. 10 Full squads under hotkey should be more than enough.
Something happened to your XML files. Essentially something went wrong and you disabled the AI in your game. Get rid of Clone Wars, verify the game cache (Steam) or reinstall entirely (CD), and then reinstall the mod. That should fix the problem, remember though that the Republic is extremely weak at the beginning of the game and the AI knows that. If you are playing as the CIS do not expect the Republic to attack you for quite some time, and even when they do it is very timid. The Munificent dominates the early game so they don't venture out much.
No, FoC in really weird about it's connections. Some people can get Hamachi to work but in general Gameranger is a lot easier for most people. Still up to you but personally Hamachi didn't work.
Has anyone else had the issue of order delay since the new updates came out? Every time I play multiplayer it happens. As the game goes on the delay bewteen when I give orders and when they are enacted grows. A few times the delay has gone over 2 minutes. I also desync when this starts.
Aside from the Alpha Legion, seeing traitor astartes without daemons is relatively uncommon. Everyone from World Eater warbands to the legions of Abaddon contain millions if not billions of daemons. You are correct in that they are more unique when separate. However, doing so would bring the Space Marines and CSM's to close together. Not to mention not everyone wants to drag along a daemon AI, or worse; leave them in the hands of a human who doesn't know how to use them.
