The Eridanus Insurrection is an Arma 3 Halo-based mod focused on the civil war between the United Nations Space Command (UNSC) and the Insurrectionists, various groups of rebel factions amongst the outer human colonies. This mod will include multiple factions, a wide variety of weapons and vehicles, and a custom made terrain (map) for you to play with. Now strap in and prepare to drop into Altis.

Can you imagine a CSO on the ARMA 3 engine XD It would be colossal!!!
So many trolls with their very "funny" jokes...
Well I suppose the joke here is that the covenant has become their ''priority'' because that would be the last thing I would add If I had to. For now they got something that looks like an elite working in arma 3:
So it is possible that someday they will add covenant stuff, they were worried about the animations, but in that video it works fine. If that video was made as just a joke too, and it is already looking awesome... then I can barely imagine how it would be if they actually wanted to add the covenant seriously, would be fantastic. (But not a priority in any sense).

Really i think this is very old model they actually did, but then they faced something they couldn't deal with and they turned to insurrectionists and now they using this to make a joke.
Elites are bipedal,but they aren't human.Besides the reduced height,you'd be making them conform to a very different form,proportionately.
Unless you create customised animations it's going to look very odd.That's the real issue.Doing it right would entail a lot of painstaking animation.It's enjoyable.But it can be very time consuming.
