Batarian Cruiser skinned and in-game, enjoy.
This is odd, but I like it.
Design is from Bioware concept art, I just modeled and skinned it.
you know that it was a concept for a quarian ship, not batarian, same with your batarian dreadnought. Just thought i would let you know that. I got the info from my official art of mass effect book by they way.

Considering the Quarians also use the 'hollow ring' on their ship designs, I'm partial to thinking it could be their reactor design, like a particle accelerator or something. Or maybe it's an internal rotating section (which makes no sense, as they have artificial gravity). Either way, it's odd that the cruiser has two yet the Dreadnought has only one...
well even though they have artificial gravity, most ships do have longitutal flooring, IE they have the the deck plating vertical in relation to the bow of the ship, so they use the momentum to enforce gravity.
I don't like designs like this just because of the obvious structural flaws. Just focus fire on the center section and you split the thing into 4 pieces.
