Yup, happens to some people. Not sure what causes that but I bet on driver/GPU issues. Try to lower the graphics settings (geometry level and vision distance)
Broken save. The only solution that may help is to load a save from the 1st NPP level and go through Sarcophagus again.
Ammo weight is measured by the box of ammo in kgs. Their definitions are in weapons.ltx. For instance
box_size = 20
inv_weight = .2
So 1 bullet of that ammo weights 10 grams (0.2kg/20 = 0.01kg = 10g)
So it could be easily merged with LADC after the release.

You use the fix with what? AF3 or AN3? It is for AN3 (Absolute Nature 3) only.
I'm sad to hear that as well. Try to load the save from before entering Dark Valley (from Garbage). It usually helps.
No, using the same save won't cause that.
As I wrote, there are many factors that can cause that. One of them is for instance one game objects that is corrupted somehow in online (close to the player) mode. It could be a model, its property, behaviour, clipping into other objects etc.
When you approach such model its data becomes corrupted and it breaks the savegame structure. On the other hand if you stay far enough from such objects and it stays in offline mode your save would be OK.
And that's just one factor. The other one for example is object changing it's property while saving. Stalker engine don't pause on save and sometimes the saved data is different on start of the saving process and at the end of it. That produce broken save structure as well.
Broken saves issue is a real mystery. We don't know what causes it. Well, we do, but there are many factors that combined together could cause that. I had broken save issue once in Pripyat but managed somehow to get to the stadium and then it suddenly stopped to occur.
Load a save from before entering radar. The autosave may be already broken despite the fact it loads properly.

It's typical savegame corruption problem. It happens with other mods too and even in vanilla. Load your save from the previous level.
Grass shadows has been disabled in the engine by the developers of the game in patch 1.0003. No Stalker game past this version has grass shadows enabled except Lost Alpha.
The checkbox in the advanced options has no effect whatsoever.

Yes, ENB has SSAO.
And 'dynamic' wet surfaces in Complete 2012 are fake. They're just tweaked sky hdr textures that make everything look oily. We've tried the similar trick but it didn't look good so we didn't use them in the end.

If you have installed everything properly then this shouldn't happen as the lighting has been precisely balanced. Make sure that ENB kicks in (if you installed that version). You can manipulate ENB setting by pressing SHIFT+ENTER and then changing the sky brightness in the popup.
We've managed to reduce the occurence to a minimum but it still could happen (as it could even in vanilla game). Make a lot of hard saves just in case.
It's not AF3. It doesn't change the voiceovers. It must be the other one.
