Yes, but... read FAQ and comments on this page
Yeah, real shame. I wish we could fix that issue but it seems it's the engine itself that causes that.
Clearly you have some permission issues within your system. It's not the mod's fault. Log in as the admin or search for answer on Windows forums.
Thanks for the tip. I've updated the FAQ with that
No. You have places to sleep on almost every map. Check your PDA map
Dunno, works for me.
Try to reinstall the mod. It seems like some files are missing.
Only if you sprint? That's weird. Never heard of that kind of bug.
Are you blind or just too lazy to read? A post below is about it
Well, yes, everyone. Since 2007 :D
Why? Ask game devs - GSC
Load autosave from entering the level. If it still occurs load the manual save from previous level
Broken savegame. See my post below
You can try to merge it with AA2 but it may be quite difficult.
You've experieced broken save bug. It's very common even in vanilla. In most cases loading previous saves helps. Unfortunately there is no way to tell when it happened and which save is already broken, so the only way is to load them in reverse order and check when it stops crashing.
That's common bug. Just don't do that. Move all consumables to your inventory before using them.
No. The game does not support subtitles. There was a mod for them but it's incompatible with AA2
Same as below
Reinstall the game and DX libraries. Make sure you have the ones with full DX9 support.
Set the same lighting option in both: game and mod installer
Your system configuration probably causes problems with ENB. Use on-ENB option in the installer.
There is, copy config entries as well
The fix is in the AN3.1 download description. You just didn't bother to read it.
Thanks for making ReShade configs.
Regarding your inquiries:
1. We just liked how the game looks with ENB more.
2. We could but we decided not to at the time of the mod making (some 3 years ago)
3. Same as 2.
And answering your initial question: as I said a couple of posts down - that's not gonna happen. AA2 is a finished project and there will be no updates.
This project is now finished and there will be no more updates. But there is nothing to hold you from some DIY work ;)
Edit aa2.script and comment the lines that set up the parameters you want to remain unchanged.
As I wrote many times before: Win8 and 10 has a tendency to cause problems with ENB wrapper on some computers with no apparent reason. In that case use non-ENB option.
I love your nick :D
