You wake up in a dark alley, not knowing anything. What has happened anyway? You struggle after the truth and answers. Answers you want to know in the darkness and fear, which makes your heartbeat race like violent blows against your head. Where do "they" come from? What has happened? Are you just turning insane? The time is up; you can't stay there reading your smses forever. It's time to head out and find the answers. Cry of Fear is a singleplayer modification of Half-Life 1 which brings you the horror you've always been afraid of. It's a total conversion of Half-Life 1, which means it uses NO Half-Life 1 content or other peoples' files. It's all made exclusively by the developers. It also uses new gaming styles that you will rarely find in Half-Life mods, such as advanced cutscenes and other stuff that will be revealed at a later date.

Steve (Tibberius Bane) from Age of Chivalry joins us in a "shorter than usual" episode.

Posted by William on Feb 27th, 2009

We’re joined by Steve (Tibberius Bane) from Age of Chivalry this week for a shortened episode in which we discuss less than usual because we didn’t get to play as much as usual. But on the bright side, William’s back from Vegas.

We kinda screwed up reporting MOTY Editors choice. I would edit it out, but that would screw up more things than it's worth; so here's my disclaimer:

"Ignore everything you hear in the MOTY Editors choice section of this podcast"

Here are the important bits that are true:
- Celestial Impact won for Most Innovated Multiplayer
- Delta Sector won for Best Original Art Direction
- And at the time the nominees for Best Upcoming Mods were announced.

I've stepped on a few toes, made a few assumptions and I apologize for that - I should know better and deserve a spanking... uhh... I mean I'll correct it in the next show; yea... that's what I meant.

Another Awesome Podcast. Only thing i would say is these podcasts are still long lol. All the podcasts you guys do go on for like 1 hour it's nice to have in background but maybe could shorten it slightly (or not :P). Great work anyway.

Thanks. Yea it's hard because we want to cover all the news + have interviews... we thought of breaking apart the podcast into a separate interview but after looking at our demographic we figured people wouldn't listen to both in a week.

I think the length is ideal.. there is so much ground to cover within the
HL universe and related games, that if it is any shorter, you wouldn't have a chance to cover it.
