Bioshock is a shooter unlike any you've ever played, loaded with weapons and tactics never seen. You'll have a complete arsenal at your disposal from simple revolvers to grenade launchers and chemical throwers, but you'll also be forced to genetically modify your DNA to create an even more deadly weapon: you. Injectable plasmids give you super human powers: blast electrical currents into water to electrocute multiple enemies, or freeze them solid and obliterate them with the swing of a wrench.

Bioshock Day is coming!
Bioshock Day was born last year on July 28th, when me and my best bro decided to play through Bioshock since he hadn't played it yet. So he came over to my house, and we played the entire day.
Basically all you got to do is play it on any system be it, PC, Xbox 360, or Ps3, put it on and play! Choose to play through it leisurely, and slow; or jam through the game as fast as you can; it doesn't matter. Or even get a bunch of friends together to show them the awesome story that is Bioshock!
So on July 28th get ready to Bioshock!

is it any mod that increase the health the last boss has?
It as way to easy on hard.
I killed him with less then 16 electric arrows, and less then 5 min.
I was expecting to shoot away at least 70% of my ammo for all weapons not 24 electric arrows.
Can we mod Bioshock by using the UDK?

Hey everyone! I know this is not the place for this but I have a problem with the game and I cannot fix it. I received it as a gift through steam from a person who lives in Germany. So because of local (German) laws I received the German, cut, version of the game. Steam refuse to fix that, they say they cannot. I have found an American citizen who had the same problem few years ago and the people from steam helped him (although he lived at that time in Germany which made it illegal for them to let him play an uncut version of the game (only the German version is cut)) I can’t reach him now. He doesn’t check the forum he described his problem in.
Please if anyone knows what I should do let me know, I don't mind that the game is cut, I just can't play the game in German.
hm...right click it and select properties. Click the language tab and choose english instead of German.
Thats a cool game, now i hope bioshock 2 is also cool.
Solid game, but MASSIVELY overhyped. If you've played System Shock 2, this is basically the exact same game with different artwork, voice, level design, etc. Also over 9000 times easier, and littered with pseudo-intellectual horse shit which passes for a plot. On the other hand, it was intended to make Ayn Rand look stupid, which is always a good thing.
This game is great. Great settings great story great weapons. But I still dont have found the time to play through it. Great !
