So I have followed the instructions in the zip file but I do not see how I can play jedi academy?

Beware, this mod is very broken if you have anything BUT windows 7, there is a long lengthy process to get it to work, but the people who put the solutions on the internet don't help you clearly so you're still guessing.

So, this says "Core Files" Does that mean I do not need any of the 8.0? There are no maps or campaign files so it is very confusing here!

You should probably go the route of TATW and put the Imladris elves with the Grey elves.

Imladris is just one city for the elves. Established by the High elves, makes sense to have that instead of a one city faction. Area of recruitment should be a thing.

Get the Empire to be more of a colonial/factional buildings. That way you have two build paths depending on what city you build, Colonial to get AoR units that are basically imperialized versions of whatever province you are in, or your normal Imperial factional building to get the backbone of your military. One would keep the culture of the other faction the other would start building yours for public order/civil unrest.

I would suggest doing the 3 barracks route. Barracks 1 with the militia and lowest tier forces, the barracks 2 being your primary backbone of the army and barracks 3 being the elite guard and knights.

Get regional things if it is supported by Atilla so Barracks 3 would be worthless in every territory but the primary ones that have things like (For example) Dol Amroth, Pelagir region, Knights of Minas Tirith.

This would mean you have to actively defend these provinces for those special units.

Making a mistake with tiers of units. There should be 3 barracks to build everything. Barracks one should be your militia, Barracks two should be your normal army units, barracks three should be your body guards or special units.

I would recommend checking our Ascendency and seeing how they are attempting to change the game. It's making it much more interesting.
