Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.
A few new screenshots from another round of QA testing.
Any word on Z.
Heck yeah, it looks sexy.
а чому провідці не такі як у адмірала тренча?

Do I need glases now or is that your old model of the Providence in the back?
no, your eyes are perfect
will those spherical shaped ships have (the Supply ships, I think)any sensor scrambling/ missile jamming field ability? I feel that these ships, obviously not being h of a combat vessel, should have some way to indirectly support the fleet...
So, why are you using the old one exactly?
Why the old model? And what would supply ships do?
because the old one comes close to the original idea of RaW.
about the supply ship: you will need to explorer that yourself

Has it something to do with the hardpoint layout of the Providence models?
Another guess I can make is that you're going to include both the 1.088 meter carrier/destroyer variant and the 2.100 meter long dreadnought variant of the Providence and thus needing two different models.
The model that is currently used in Version 1.1.5 is pretty good already, although I noticed it is missing the ion cannons the "canon" Legends-Providence has.
@Guest:
The difference between the two Providences in this picture is that the left one (with the eyes) is a hero unit commanded by Admiral Trench, the "Invincible" while the other one is a regular Separatist Providence.
Not only is it a hero ship but it's the larger variant of the providence the dreadnought model
I have an idea for a unit. Why dont you add in boarding ships that can like take over enemy ships hardpoints and eventually with enough of them the whole ship.
are you still going to have the new model? or are you removing it completely and replacing it with the old on.
what original idea of raw? ITS ALREADY WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO BE! (Besides the op Ai)
Isn't that a bit of a poor response about the supply ships? I mean, their ability seems confusing and the fact that they cost so much yet have very few fighter squadrons (including reserves), still leaves me confused about their purpose. Or perhaps you still want to keep it a secret? lol. I thought they were supposed to be carriers, but their fighter compliment being so small (yet being more expensive than a carrier) rules that out. Does the AI even use it's ability correctly?
In my opinion the older is better because.. **** is the original!!
BUT I WANT TO KEEP THE ONE YOU HAVE NOW! plus its actually more accurate, MUCH More accurate.
and what original idea of RAW? ITS THE CLONE WARS ITS SUPPOSED TO LIKE LIKE THE WAY IT DOES IN 1.1.5 >:(
What in freedom's name is that thing?
The Separatist Supply Ship

I see clankers...lots of clankers and a certain Admiral's ship.
I do hope it's Trench's ship and not the standard providence like what he suggested
It has to be the Invincible because of the "eyes" on the front.
The regular Providence doesn't have those markings.
Furthermore there are two variants of the Providence-class anyways.
One is the 1.088 meters long carrier/destroyer variant which is roughly equal to a single Venator-class of the Republic and then there's the 2,100 meters long dreadnought variant which can go toe-to-toe with three Venators at once.
Which is exactly why they need to add the rothana battlecruiser which is a 2274 meter long warship with a quite impressive array of firepower rivaling that and/or surpassing that of the dreadnought version of the providence and has a compliment of around 800 fighters and bombers
I wonder where you get those numbers from as the "Rothana Battlecruiser" is apparently a total fanon design that doesn't even have an article in the Legends section of the official SW wiki.
The Dreadnaught-version of the Providence can also be stopped otherwise by i.e. using more than 3 Venators, send in an Imperator-class or a Praetor I-class Battlecruiser, so you don't strictly "need" to introduce a fanon design.
In fact the Praetor I has such a strong reactor (and thus both insanely strong shields and firepower) that the clankers might need something new to counter it as only the Malevolence has enough firepower on its own to take a Praetor I down one on one.
It was made by warb null a member of the mod team and it's a beautiful ship and the reason I don't feel that the praetor to be added is because it's that powerful I mean its reactors were used to power echo base defenses included I believe that's a bit op and would probably only be available in the fall of the Jedi GC the rothana which is fanon in its creation would be much more suitable especially if made eithor as powerful or a little bit weaker then the providence dreadnought due to its fighter capability
