Wheneever I attempt to download the link it says that "Windows can't found the correct program"

Try downloading FH2 from the official website, not ModDB.
Ok I did mange to download it using the launcher, but now every time I jump in a local server the mouse cursor doesn't respond, any hints?
Did you click default in the controls section of options?
Where is 2.45 to 2.46 Patch ? (I'm not Insulting, but this size is too big for me because i already downloaded 2.45 with Hard Work)
There is no patch, the developer explains why in the release news.

Ok so when I download the update I run it. It goes through the extracting process and then onto the install. When it comes to the bit on fixing BF2 file permissions it stops and comes up with "Accesscontrol error: Cannot apply new access control list. Error code 5" how do I fix this please help!!
