Synopsis
Just as mankind is on the brink of extinction from a deadly pandemic, Extraterrestrials establish contact and offer a "cure" (an organism from their home planet). Although the majority of the population is afflicted by the raging virus and have no other option, a small minority immune to the virus resist the organism. Due to Mans inability to coexist, a social division emerges masking the presence of this hostile organism.
Gameplay
Players can either choose to play as the Human Resistance and fight back the rising threat of the Necrotrophs, or wipe clean the dirty slate of humanity. With abilities like: picking up any melee weapon, radar (to coordinate attacks), nightvision, and more, the Necrotrophs are very dangerous. While the Resistance may be outnumbered, with an inventory, ranged and melee weapons to choose from, and ironsights, the Resistance are also no slouch.

As the title suggests, we are looking for serious and dedicated server admins who have experience operating and running dedicated servers. More specifically, we are looking for someone to help us fine-tune the server files. The ideal server admin is someone who can host a test server for us 24/7 and can swap files quickly when contacted. If you are interested in working with us, please respond below.
Please keep in mind, this is NOT a request for beta testers or for people to actually play the mod. The server admins who apply here will get only the required server files (no client.dll).

Who said it was dead?
This is sad, it looked like one of the most interesting HL2 multiplayer mods out there. :(
But as the many comments below suggest, why not give it to a group of individuals who want to continue the mod's work? It would be an unbelievable shame to let all the hard work put into this mod go to waste! If you gave it to some dedicated people, a version of this mod could still be released.
Because the developer doesnt even want to consider it, He obviouslly has money to throw away and really couldnt give a ****. x-x
Same thing happened to Neotokyo, lead developer dropped it and didnt even bother to pass it on to the other developers. even to give it it's last patch. :I
Too bad this mod died. The ******* potential it had. It's sad seeing mods die before they even begin, especially the ones that had SO much going for them. I've watched this mod for years, but I know this won't get revived. I'm taking it off my watch list. Please, revive this, when it gets the front page news, I will see it, but until then, I'll just forget about the missed opportunity. This is very sad. Good luck.

Well, Porting to orange box isnt really that hard.
I just wish the resources/models/materials/sounds and what not where actually thrown to a place we can get them, I would love to start on working on this myself :/
