I dont know much about color theory, but shouldnt shadow be the opposite color, than which it is lighted by. Blue shadow is right, but not because it is light by sky, but cause it is lighted by sun which is yellow.
Next thing you are gonna implement is "MULLET TIME"!

I know that the windows are big, but if you look at the side view you cant see the windows. Lower them down a bit so someone can see out ;)

I agree with grinnock about the engines, especially if you look the front picture, it looks as ship is going backwards. Ship has nice WW2 flying fortress feeling in it. Maybe you wanna size up the windows, you cant barely see out, if you look the side view.

Could you make Level of detail model for trees farther away consisting of one plane that is always facing you? The old trick that they used back in the days.

If you have missing textures, open your .vmt (in notepad or etc.)
And check your $cdmaterials is right.
You might get this wrong depending where you load your materials to VTFedit.

I had hard time getting those materials right, key for success was to read this tutorial carefully:) My mistake was that I didnt make folder for materials,as it was guided in begining of this tutorial.
I made this in episode 2, in that game folder there wasnt folders for models or materials. So if u dont have those you can just create them.
