But why would there ever be partially empty mags? Wouldn't there be one partial one in the gun and either completely full or completely empty backups in the bag? It would seem odd to carry a bunch of half empty mags, since then in practice you'd be having to reload twice as often.

Sounds and looks very promising! I always liked Elvenstar mod 5.8! Everything looks fine now! :) With your mod and SaF, BFME 1 has still long days among the gamers.
Seriously, with all these new units and structures e.t.c, why not just call this C&C Generals 2? Love the mod by the way....haven't stopped playing it, and still enjoy it like the first time I came across it. Still holding on to my opinion about the ECA Harrier though...Great combat aircraft in the real sense but seriously underplayed in this game. Gets shot down to easily,move almost like a gunship when its not fighting and should have been given more than just a machine gun for air to air capabilities....Yeah the ECA now has the Goshawk which looks like an A-10. A-10 are soooo USA and not at all Europe. Again trying including the Tornado or Euro Fighter or Rafale as an additional aircraft for the ECA. Alternatively, up the fighting capabilities of the Harrier and let them have one very powerful aircraft. Thanks.

This Mod is really great specially with realm affairs options and new troops that are added. By the way I really love those banners and flags that were in previous versions but the thing is those banners are not available with the current release. Is there a way to get them?

Understood, and I really appreciate your help- I've went through and copied over all the model names for armor and such (including things like "BL_coat013", not sure what it does) as well as the restored cloaks and such.
Will I break anything by using his horse data though (ie, I've left the default names for horses and even the models alone from his version, because I wasn't sure if they would correspond)? Is there anything else beyond model names that I need to copy over from yours?

When I consume souls during combat it doesn't update as well. It updates only when I use it.

Next bug (or not). Playing as Psychomage (dude with psychometer). Encountered some old man who wants to sell me his spells. Decided to buy one for three random mana. In the list I can choose from there is a spell I already have: Fire Whip. see i.imgur.com - SfJqceP.png Is it by design?

I believe I've found a bug with Bash spell damage update. Playing Battlemage. In first battle killed two folks and got two souls. Second battle: Bash damage is still shown as 1. I use it (and inflict 3 damage) and info on dmg gets updated to 3 (as it should have been in the first place).
seriously? you're having mg42 problems?!?!?!?! If any thing the tank mounted 50 cals are so much better. I have so many instant suppression of inf against 50 cals (not really surprising) but my tank mounted German machine guns seem to do nothing but miss... don't know what you're complaining about here

As far as units go, Renegade X has basically every Tiberian Dawn unit that was also simultaneously in Renegade. The only other two potential units to add that are in Tiberian Dawn and not (officially; the assets were there though) in Renegade would be Nod's recon bikes and surface-to-surface missile launchers. I think those're the only two. Aside from those (potentially?), I don't think additional units will be added for C&C mode anytime soon; because, as said, basically everything Renegade officially has is in Renegade X.

Was it a Total War: Rome II Mod Award? as it's not stated in the title. The only entry I see that doesn'f fall under the Rome category is The Great War.
Great work on this mod, and I must say I bought sins just to play it! Back in the beta release I had a big match as the federation going up against a few ai, but in particular was an ai borg that I had allied with in-game.
I managed this by flooding the borg with my diplomacy ships (as I was rapidly losing my main fleet and had nothing left) which then got assimilated, allowing both me and an ai klingon to set up a peace treaty with the borg and each other.
I know that was the case because we both had assimilated borg diplomacy ships by our planets and we didn't attack each other. Has anyone else seen this happen or has it been addressed?

He's probably talking about that strange invisible wall somewhere in the right part of the map. It's confusing because if we're not supposed to go that way, trees and rocks should be in the way or something.
I've had this same exact issue, massive, massive fleets from Easy AI's. NOT multiplayer. Just me, vs. Bots. Or me and bots vs. other bots. Its really impossible actually, and noticeably so since the last update. Its really quite an awesome mod, amazing really, but its just gotten hard as hell, even on easy :(

I have the same issues as joshrouss, when I attempt to install it says that it can't identify a publisher and then asks which application I would use to open it, I can't find one which works. I use Windows 8 not 8.1, Internet explorer and still have a previous version of the game installed.
Anybody have any clue as to why some NPC's are semi transparent? I had this happen before when using a different mod (but it then stopped for some reason) and I get it with this too.
Level 3 was way too much of a difficulty spike. I can handle moving walls, but not when they are moving at different speeds and have non-moving walls mixed in as well.
I like the music, however if it's meant for the main menu then I think it'd be better if it started at a bit later stage, the one with the beats rolling in. This is due to the short time we usually spend in menus. Just my humble opinion. :)

Great mod! A lot hard work went in to this and it shows. Makes the game SO much more playable. If there is another update, can you lower the reward for the DaHonko Limited Edition to say 150k? 1 Million is way too much and throws the whole game out of balance.
I double click and I'm given the option to open the folder with a specific program. That is my problem
I've installed the unofficial patch and killer mod app according to the instructions and during the installation I entered 16:9 widescreen 1080 but when I launch the game i'm still only getting the non-widescreen resolutions available in the options menu. Is there anywhere I could go for help on this?

Only the starting base was fixed. In BFME1, there were extra bases all over the map which ensured players were fighting for every part of the map which was great and ensured completely different tactics to BFME2 which was just a mode designed for rushing your opponents. The Edain Mod is doing a great thing turning BFME2 in a true BFME sequel (updated BFME1 gameplay). I hated BFME2 walls so I'm glad it's being changed.
Does the game update version matters? Because I don't have any update (I don't have Live). Is there another way to update? What console mod do I need?
Good work! So far it looks really promising but there are some things I'd like to point out that I think could use some improvement.
First of all I really recommend re-doing the mountain ranges. From what I can make out of the screenshots, you only used static pieces to build them and you didn't use the landscape editor. I think it would be far better if you first used the landscape editor to make a mountain landscape wise, and then afterwards placed the statics.
This will make it look far more natural and it will give the whole island a much better atmosphere. This would also provide you more creativity when it comes to making mountain passages and possible lairs for strong creatures.
Second, I would advise using something else then the Blackreach mushrooms as rare flora for the island. To me it just doesn't seem very fitting. Maybe you could look at some of the flora modders resources on the nexus for some unique alternatives.
Third, i'd recommend using custom textures. Since creating entirely new 3d models for your mod is probably out of reach I would suggest re-texturing some of the buildings so they won't look too much like vanilla Skyrim. Thankfully It's really easy to re-texture buildings in the CK, and if you don't have any unique textures available you can easily export all the vanilla textures from the Skyrim Textures.bsa and use those so you can mix 'n match them.
Overall the mod looks really nice but I hope you will take my advice into consideration as I fear the finished product will look too much like vanilla Skyrim. Take for example Falskaar. It's the N.1 new lands mod yes, but one of it's main points of criticism was that it didn't add anything substantially new. All of it's buildings and flora were the same you'd encounter in Vanilla Skyrim. The thing is Skyrim is out since 2011 and from my experience most of the players have kinda had it with the same Skyrim landscape everywhere and desire something new, unique.
A mode where you can just build vehicles from a list of parts would be wonderful. Thanks!
