If you are getting the mountfilesystem error that mentions the games cache:
1. Check the integrity of your files.
2. Goto "library" -> Click on the game/mod -> select "Show game files". In the root folder of the mod (you should be taken there) you will see files like "<filename>.cache", copy those to another folder.
3. Try play.
4. If it works, delete the folder with the .cache files as they are no longer required.
I just had this same problem with Synergy MOD about 1 hour ago and this was able to resolve my issue.
P.s. It may not hurt to check the integrity of the hl2 game files as well.

The explosions are almost too much, sometimes half of the screen is covered with fire and mushroom clouds so that I can't see what's going on the battlefield :D

Got missing Fighter_03_ceFix when trying to play demo mission
im having trouble downloading this mod, first it takes 8 hours and ive lost the connection twice trying to download(largest download for a mod ive ever tried) it only downloads at 30 KB and no faster, is there anyway i can speed this up or download in a compressed file. thanks guys for making another awesome mod for this game and i hope i get a chance to try it.

Alright man, i've been testing the Alpha for a while. My only complain is the uniforms. They are way too cumbersome, and the rifles are a bit too big. Natofor has orange armors; I hope it's just a texture placeholder, and not a concept, becuase it's pretty much like wearing a reflective jacket in a forest. The rest is really, really good. I really like the design of the vehicles, I like your style, your scripts are really great and I can tell the map is gonna be good! So keep up the good job!

Really nice mod ....I like that its more fluff based ...the problem is that you cant enjoy it IG cant do **** they cost so much and die so fast ...you need to balance the armies ...so we may have a chance to win ... this is unwinnable in 1vs1 standard difficulty I (IG) vs Chaos or orks can not be won... this is really making me angry why should I pay 270 req for 1 squad of guards and the enemy should pay the 120 req and 20 power for 1 space marine that can kill 4 guard squads with ease ....this is so inbalance that we can not have fun ...plz balance the requisistion and power costs ...give us a chance here !
ive seen stalker mods that look and play better not to mention are far more realistic than ANY retail game out there .... mods will always trump retail games just look at the Gunslinger Stalker mod for example.
Also keep in mind the GSC X-ray engine is just as old as the source engine and it still can look next gen with a bit of tweaking here and there :/

whenever I try to launch a game (campaign, player vs cpu, etc) it closes Homeworld and returns to the desktop. how can I fix this?
This is a move you guys should have made ages ago. You have produced some top quality assets here and seeing them go to waste in a pretty much dead multiplayer only mod was depressing. 2142 was a dead end, and I only wish you had seen the writing on the wall before said wall up and collapsed on you. Anyway, good luck to you all in the future, I hope switching to another engine pans out.

The point being, yes, the Venator does have a star fighter advantage.
But the advantage is not enough for one to beat a Star Destroyer.
Also, the ARC can't compare to the T-65 X-Wing. Put it up against something like an XJ, and it would stand a snowball's chance in hell.

well my laptop has been gradually getting slower. probably something around those lines. no biggie though
This game is great. I love the fast pace and ability to adapt little by little to the new zones of the games. BUT: one thing that REALLY ****** me off is watching my box LITERALLY pass THROUGH the boxes im suppose to collect. I could pass zone 1 so ******* fast, if not faster at times if there wasnt the glitch. I also saw someone suggest an option to select levels, or even have checkpoints. I agree to an extent, but to keep true to your vision, have different leaderboards? That way you can practice the zones you unlock through the classic mode and replay them in a selective mode? Just feedback, dont mind me. More than anything want to collect the boxes the FIRST time. Thanks for the beta though!

I installed the JKG launcher and then it told me to choose a place to put it, I put it inside jedi academy in steam, was I supposed to do that BTW? And then it took me to the launcher and I clicked inStall and it said something's wrong with the packaging, but how and where do you launch the server? Do you have to go into jedi academy and launch from there?
I got Part 1 and Part 2 full and still gives me trouble installing and also gives me blackscreens

Roll back your game version. You'll only have LAN and direct connect to play with but it'll mean you can still play your mods.

I've been down the same road as you. I was 12 when the attacks happened, and growing up I also began to question the official explanation. So like you I turned to the internet for my own research, and I too found the conspiracy theories much better explanations. For a time anyway, I started to question those explanations as well, so I kept digging.
None of the theories hold up once you start to learn about the real physics behind these events. Now you can argue that government maybe had something to do with the attack, or that they simply let them happen, but the only explanation that holds up to extended scrutiny is that two planes crashed into those buildings. Starting a high temperature jet fuel fire which weakened the steel structure, and gravity took over from there.
What isn't a conspiracy is how the US government decided to exploit the attack afterward. They don't need to be behind the attacks for that to be true, so you should just focus on the actual 100% provable facts. Leave the conjecture out of it.

That sounds great. Have you guys thought about diamond boron missiles, disruptor beams, and some of the other illegal armaments being used? I've seen another mod use this and I think it would be a really cool idea and give your Hutt faction or pirates some more distinction. I know another mod was doing this and maybe they would be willing to assist. Just an idea.

I'm glad you don't get ****** when people make suggestions, and actually encourage them. I don't make games so my suggestions are more miscellaneous than technical adjustments. My friend and I came up with a list of a few things we thought might enhance the Ninja Brothers experience.
• A grappling hook, or climbing gear such as hand and knee claws for infiltration
• Different weapons such as a dagger, or a staff
• Bow and arrows for taking out enemies along the rooftops
• Smoke bombs for quick escapes
Like I said I don't make games, so I'm not sure how hard it would be to program these things. But they would make what's already one of the best ninja games around that much better!
Hey Burnt, I was wondering if you've already thought about or implemented a way to make the big models such as the SSDs and Dreadnaughts less awkward with their damage mesh. An example in vanilla FOC, when the executor gets hardpoints destroyed you see the damage at the hardpoint but not anywhere else on the hull that encompasses most of the model. It always looked weird to me. Maybe with those BIG models you could have some hardpoints not just show damage there but also some subtle battle weathering also shown at various logical places once that hardpoint was destroyed. To me that would make sense and keep the player in the epic spacebattle environment rather than having a giant model that is clean with small spots on fire when it finally blows up. I'm sure your awesome textures would help this but still, if it's possible I think battle weathering with big models like that would be a cool to see. Just a thought. BTW, I love this mod and I'm going to build a desktop for it as it gets closer.
I managed to get it to work with player one using keyboard & mouse & player 2 using a controller :D Tnx a lot! I use X360ce for configuring controls and edited the ini and made sure x360ce.ini was edited, and the pad was pointing to gamepad 2. I believe u also have to check my documents\ my games\Unreal Tournament 2003\ UTGame\Config and open UTGame.ini, there search for StringData=(Tag="Splitscreen", DefaultValueIndex=0) and change it to StringData=(Tag="Splitscreen", DefaultValueIndex=1)

Man, I can't understand your review. A lot of games doesn't have support for a lot of languages and this does not make it bad. Pesadelo is the perfect example for it. Do not judge a game, giving it 1 in the score just because of the language, this is so wrong mate.
I'm working on a translation and voice acting with ExtremeStartGames to make it more accessible to more people. This is not a fair score, this is trolling and you're ruining the reputation of a good game.

You're unique art style compliments the overall tone of the game, and your game play, as I can see, is very simplistic in order to showcase the weird and surreal things, which seem to all amount to something later in the game. And overall looks very well executed.

I have quite possibly the most stupid idea, Jukki, you have ever heard in regard to NZ:P, so... try not to laugh.
I noticed the 1.2 alpha release several years ago could use teleporters, (used a modified quake 1 map [dm1] to figure that out.)
Anyways, since then, i have been obsessed with the idea of having all the NZ:P weapons, power ups, perks and misc stuff added into the original quake.
What i am getting at, is would it be to difficult to leave in the original coding and models for the original quake monsters as a sort of easter egg where someone with those maps could play quite possibly the most epic quake ever created?

Hello guys i am going to post this here because i am on my phone and its easier. We have been doing test through out the week and it has gone great. You can look around and the shoot and spawn weapons in the game. Later today i will be adding in a Sentry gun! I be it will look awesome
