For example: LittleFinger should be able to give you missions and be a constant enemy to all kingdoms. I would also like Jaime Lannister to not only be part of the King's Landing Guard, but to be able to get out of there sometime during the campaign. I know that maybe these are difficult things to include, but if it were me, I would create many possibilities in the campaign and many characters that could reach the Throne.
