Sorry to disappoint, but it´s a mix of the original Banshee from Tiberian Sun, the Cylon Raider from BSG 2k and the stock Nod Harvester from Tiberium Wars. The Wraith´s base shape is almost circular, unlike the oblong/delta shaped F-302.
It reminds me to that sonic vehicle from Kane's Wrath.
What was that name? :P

Wow, that's absolutely beautiful Golan. The Nod logo is a bit blocky, but still beautiful. An amazing homage to the Banshee as well as giving Nod the air-power they should have had, instead of EA scrapping the idea just because they reveal the Scrin. Me and my Scrin friend are already talking about our combined air-forces, her Stormriders and my stealth-Wraiths moving in for the kill. I can't wait to get my hands on these in the next update!
