Can you guess what mutant / which mutants was or were included in MISERY 2.0?
Some kind of a recyled cat mutant?.
Hopeful not a new four-legged cat-like chimera mutant.

Abadoned houses + Mercenaries + Silent Killers = Military Warehouses? Sounds like Bloodsuckers if you ask me ;), and didn't the dogs had grey and brown fur too? And Martens are common in Ukraine too :3, hmm...
Might this be the Cat mutant that GSC cut from STALKER: ShOC? (I believe) All the files are there, but not used. If so, WOOHOO for restoring cut content! If not, WOOHOO updates!

SHoC mutants differ from CoP ones :) And CoP differs from CS ;) Just a heads up!
Is a "heads up" a hint? Or what does it mean?
So if there is a "new" muntant ... and in CoP aren't cat mutants... Add SoC mutant to CoP = "new mutant"? :D

The same mutant in SHoC looks different from the same mutant in CoP :) (Example, boars in CoP look better and more aggressive)
And yes, it actually is a hint!
So... if SHoC and CS mutants differ from CoP ones, and the Cat mutant only appeared on CS and SHoC as a stuffed animal, does that mean you will add this mutant with different characteristics or something :o?
Who knows? It could also be a completely different mutant ;)
Whoa... 0_0 Looks tons scarier than the Chimera and I thought the Chimera was going to be scary, this takes the cake on the Chimera's Legendary scariness completely. :P
I saw 'Silent Killer' in my updates list, and my first thought was 'radiation poisoning'.
You are right. I just changed the title as 'the silent killer' is actually more fitting for the radiation poisoning.
Uh, I doubt a kevlar vest would do any good against bites.

It probably originates from felids family.
Mutated domestical cat, lynx or wildcat.
Pupils don't match with one's martens have.
Edit: Fur colour matches the one of wildcat(Felis silvestris silvestris). And yes wildcats are able predators, they sometimes hunt young roe deers.
Hence the reason for no deers in Chernobyl.

Cat mutants were mean in the few mods for CS And SoC that they appeared in. More than once my STALKER met his fate due to a really bad moment to reload while being assailed by a group of them.
At least, I'm hoping it will be cats. I wonder if we can get meat off them...

We removed them as the hints are already out in the open.

Lynx, Wolf, Rat, Boa Constrictor, and Serpent.

Like someone else wrote before, kevlar vests are useful for bullets, but kevlar itself is weak against bites and cuts wounds.. so this guy should be dead in any case
