Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
The Vulcan is one of the few fixed wing aircraft that ECA still possesses in ample supply. Most were spared being safely away from the Federation sweep of continental European airspace. Necessity has turned the Vulcan into ECA`s primary and only strategic bomber and it has performed admirably. A RAF crew chief described the Vulcan in a misogynistic manner; moody, stubborn and quick to anger.

I think you'll find that it is indeed an Avro Vulcan; Google will tell you that much. I do find it odd however why a cold war relic, of which only one is actually still flying, would be chosen for a modern warfare game. The iconic look perhaps?
That can be said to almost every bomber in the game so far chinese Harbin H6 American B52 and B1 possibly B2 and the Russian Tu160 And Tu 22 but i can agree that there is only one flying but the lore describes this.
Yeah, probably the iconic look. However, you have to realize that large bombers are becoming extinct in modern warfare; anything a bomber can achieve an ICBM can achieve better and more effectively. I think the US is really the only country that is still bothering to develop a new heavy bomber, and the only reason for that is stealth technology.

Well, glad to hear that! Btw, since China has recently unveiled its 5th generation stealth fighter, why don't you add this to game? And eliminate Chinese MiGs and may be give EU their Eurofighter Typhoons? Let the Europeans save/have few expensive Eurofighters at their disposal. What do you all think about this idea? Isn't it great? Because as I remember an idea of EU having Eurofighters was eliminated from early stage of thegame because of their triangle shape was identical to Chinese MiG 1.44.
