Can't wait! And I hope this is the last one before release!
Wait a minute... what if we put the trailer at the end of a livestream? As like a teaser, maybe?

Been about two years since the last patch? Stuff been changed and changed again, what seems about 12 live streams later, I think I am more irritated then curious. We always kind of get the same message "oh its unfinished, stuff needs polishing, its ready when its ready" Somewhat contradictory when it plays well on youtube.

I am sure I am not the only one to say, that I would have been happy playing a buggy release on monthly basis and report issues, see actual progress and contribute in some small way then having no release at all.

Last update is that of a Oil derrick... come on. Most changes in fact are aesthetic, new skins and such. No new epic units or effects, some new units replaced old ones... New skins are cool, but hardly a reason to delay release.

Just something I had on my mind for a while every time I check on this mod and never shared.

Understandable but you have to consider that you're not in our shoes when it comes to dealing with all the people that would be all over the completely none functional AI.

I can't explain the exact details why we are delaying beyond that.

Little note because why the heck not: Most shown changes are aesthetic.
That probably means that something in the mechanics is fucky enough to not have reached a new milestone since sometime in January/Late December.
So, I'm guessing it's something of a "While you're bored out of your skull waiting for our code to magically start working, have something our artists made to pass the time," kind of situation.

That's basicly what keeps the release back. I'm not kidding when I am saying that just last week I discovered 2 new bugs that would make gameplay less enjoyable and I'm only one of about 20 beta testers. Sure it may be annoying for the general public that the release won't come but on the other hand it's also a typical case that some people will complain about stuff they get FOR FREE when said stuff has even the most minor of issues. That's called entitlement and it ruins the fun for the creative team, the beta tester team and all those people who just want a nice game. /minor rant over
