The Isospinner is an Allied Experimental Vehicle produced from the Experimental Workshop and will require a Defense Bureau. There's some more information about Experimental Vehicles here: Moddb.com

Description

There is nothing quite like tearing your enemies apart by removing the intrinsic fields, which is what the Isospinner does so very well. Using the highly advanced technology of the Pion Isospin Array, it can instantly kill all unprotected infantry in a rather sizable radius around it, making it a devastating commando killer and great for dealing with large numbers of enemy troops. It's Disrupt Ray clear garrisons instantly as well. Unfortunately this comes at a steep price; in addition to a high price tag, the Isospinner has extremely weak armour.
