First Strike is a Star Wars total conversion modification for Battlefield 2142. The goal of First Strike is to totally immerse the players into the amazing universe of Star Wars by presenting the most accurate representations of famous Star Wars locales, weapons, and characters, and combining them with exciting, fast paced gameplay and features new to the Battlefield scene. Within this mod you'll find yourself as a soldier of the Galactic Empire or as a freedom fighter for the Rebel Alliance. You'll fight across lovingly detailed recreations of various Star Wars locations with a wide array of weapons and vehicles.

Testing is currently going very well, production is at an all time high and with the addition of some newer talented members we are making fantastic progress. Kudos to Grey, Dawdler, YoshiBoy, DNAMRO,Mattes Mr GuyBrush and Jime for getting stuck in and making things happen.

Below are just some of the amazing contributions made to the conversion recently.

Great job here, haven't even seen this mod, but it looks terrific! I liked BF2 more than 2142, but with this mod I think I'll start playing 2142 again! 8)

Just kidding! Great team, fantastic how you mod the crap engine to get more out of it. How far is the viewing distance in your game, it seems to top the usual 200 meters of battlefield at lenght. If this plays like it looks, noone will want another Star Wars game ever!!!
