Unexpected crisis forces the world's remaining nations to fight over the most basic resource... land to build on. Just as the advance of the glaciers fails to rest, neither has humanity's ingenuity. With over a hundred years separating it from Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142 introduces a variety of new techs and vehicle classes. The trailer shows a foot soldier rendered invisible, appearing out of nowhere. VTOL gunships are seen patrolling the skies over streets surging with giant Mechs.

Conflict 2142 hits the public!
As some of You already know our Modification through our Tournament
CF2142.com, the mod is dedicated to fixing bugs/errors and adding new
content to the Battlefield 2142. We have succeeded.

Unfortunately, the mod being developed purely for the Conflict
Tournament in mind, made the community not mention much about us - or
mention nothing at all. But now as the Modification has been polished,
stress tested by our dedicated Community, we have prepared the Public,
2.6 version of the mod, as well providing public servers to play the
mod on. And now, we are going to fix it, and we try to spread the word.
There is an alternative for people who find vanilla unsatisfying. There
is Conflict 2142.
Give it a go! Most of the info needed to get started has been posted
on our ModDB profile, as well are the screenshots. Go have a look at
the profile and see what we can offer. And what we have are new
vehicles, new weapons, new maps. Everything You ever wanted in 2142,
but it was missed out*.
We have made the battlefield right. Do it the right way with Conflict.

Alright. Punkbuster fixed. Should be noted that the Pbsetup thing didn't do shit. I had to install each file by my self.
Those of you that keep getting kicked by PunkBuster, do you guys run Vista?
What is Punkbuster? I keep getting kicked out of Mp games becuase of it.
Punkbuster is a anti-cheating service; you may need to install it from their website Evenbalance.com (it's used by many other games, like America's Army Servers).
same here...It's beyond annoying!
You will need to re-install punkbuster and restart Battlefield 2142 in order to play on those servers again. Unless they're messages like this "Banned from server" or something like this

Also, I do use Vista, but that should be completly unrelated.
And the punkbuster is still utter crap IMO. Why do I gutta waste my time to update it!? I like Vac alot more.

The game isnt that great as I found out.
