Welcome to C&C Retarded, the best mod ever made: EVER... C&C Retarded is the latest of the "Retarded" Mod Series that I began back with C&C Generals: Zero Hour. Something about this mod you should know, is that it is completely made by one dude, me, TheGunrun. I find that working alone allows me to create what ever the hell I want with out people complaining. Download my mod and find out why I still make this. Every game you play will be epic, never before has a command and conquer title been able to produce as much POWER AND CHAOS.

Commander you are needed on deck, it seems Desura has created mod support for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. This means an influx of old and new amazing user made mod content will be available to download directly from the service. It seems your talents are needed more then ever.
You can choose from below which mod you wish to access first. Some are small gameplay changes others are full campaigns with entirely new factions and FMV's. All of them are amazing and are well worth your time.

I have a few suggestions for future mods:
One can be like 'Command and Conquer: Black Ops'- story based on Call of Duty Black Ops and Black Ops 2. Infantry, sentry guns, RC Drones, Gunships, AC-130s are some units in my concept.
Another is based on Fall of Cybertron based one...like Command and Conquer: The Fall - Autobots and Decepticons, with infantry like insecticons, spy bots, car and jet drones, commandos being Optimus and Megatron for both the factions. Vehicles like the huge tank in Fall of Cybertron. Air vehicles can be spaceships, and jet drones.
Third is a more unique one- a 3-way skirmish- Aliens, Predators and Marines. Basically an HD (and improved graphics and gameplay) remake of AvP Extinction. Xenomorph facehuggers, queen (only one at a time), Predator ships, Lord predator, Marines are some units.
Please inform me if you plan to make one of these. I'll tell my complete list of units, and you add yours. You'll have to do the programming work.

Ho-lee crap. I'd been playing this mod for a while, and now that I've finally played Universe At War: Earth Assault I must applaud you for using one of the Masari faction's music for the New Skirmish screen.
What music playing in main menu?
i know this is not really related this mod, but can anyone tell me how i get more then one commando for my mod? I have gone into the GDIcommando.xml file and searched the entire code.. im no expert so i might have missed this.. and i have changed the number of Instances. any help at all would be appreciated :)
