When Apocalypse Weekend was released as the add-on for Postal 2, it added the new Boomerang Machete, Sledgehammer, and Scythe. Unfortunately, the major complaint about AW was that the "free-roam" element from Postal 2 was gone. Not only could you not roam freely in AW, but you couldn't take these new weapons back to the original Postal 2 levels, either.
AWP changes all that. AWP is an enhanced version of the original Postal 2 game and combines it with the AW expansion pack weapons and levels, plus tons of extra bonuses to make the ultimate Postal 2 experience.
AWP adds tons of new features to the normal Postal 2 and AW games:
- Use AW's weapons and gameplay in the original Postal 2 levels
- New custom weapons, plus weapons from the hit mods Eternal Damnation and M@DModz
- Improved "behind the scenes" game handling to (hopefully) reduce crashes
- Brand-new cheats, such as unlimited dog helpers and police-hating bystanders
- Destroyable doors for quick shortcuts
- More blood, guts, and gore
- Stronger and tougher police officers
- New police radio lets you eavesdrop on the actions of the police
- More bystander variety with new clothes, hats, glasses, purses, and briefcases to diversify the population of Paradise

A Week In Paradise has been published as part of RWS 5 in 1 pack of games, collectively known as 'The Fudge Pack'.

Well, I thought I had released this at one point, but apparently I didn't. So, here it is:
This new patch for Postal 2 AWP adds the following:
- Two new ultra-hard difficulty levels: Nightmare and Really Fucking Hard. If you thought They Hate Me was hard, take a gander at these new difficulty levels: everyone has a gun, everyone is out to get you, you can't carry around pizza and fast food bags anymore, and you can only save once per level! If you can beat these new levels without cheating, you are a true Postal god.
- The school map now hosts the Voting Day errand on Wednesday
- Three new cheat codes, one of which gives you a new Cat Launcher weapon
- And a bunch of little updates, some of which may catch you by surprise
If you beat Postal 2 AWP on all the difficulty levels and are bored, then go give this new patch a try. You won't be disappointed.

Oh yea, forgot to say- i use the fudge pack, and play AWP, the weekend only (With new weapons, and stuff, and items, like garry colman's biography, lol)
Please, PLEASE Help me, cause i cant change weapons now !
Guys, i really REALLY need to know- how do i lock/ unlock weapon changing, because yeah, when i used new Garry biography book, and shit starts flying around me, i changed level, and the weapon slot is just not there!
So, i used biography again (Although it ws already active) and for a short time, while i had 4 heads floating around me, i could change weapons (Althoughy was supposed to have the weapon hamd- to command heads explode like grenades, you know? So that dude points with his hand, and black head just flies and explodes lke grenade- well, hope u understood)
So PLEASE tell me variable that toggles weapon changing locked state
(Or fix bug)
