As soon as the menue goes up the game crashes :(

Getting "hl2.exe has stopped working" on nearly every level change.
But I can load the map manualy through the console and everything else workes fine.

I had such a good start with the black road and I was getting my first gun thats not crap
but now this :(

cant load any save -.-
I just killed the wrong person und wanted to load the save but engine crash... and now every save woant work...

instant kill by transaktion -.- cant even move...

I just have ambient sonds... everything else is quiet :(
also the flashlight in the hand does not look where it shines...

Parallax mapping does not work :(
I tested every parallax fiele but all the textures stay flat...

I have a GTX670 running on win8 with all the latest drivers.

Can someone help me ? :)
