I am a C&C fan since the 1990s and currently a C&C modder of the Reloaded mod series, except C&C Reloaded. I do play various games of different genres.

Why are you devs attempting to recreate this mod for 3 C&C platforms? RA3 version of this mod would fit much better over CNC3 and Zero Hour.
Yes, it's still a legal mod for now. The only parts that won't be coming to this mod are to be the KW campaign and of course the Global Conquest Mode.
I find the AI very unpredictable after applying the Engineer Capture Delay. The AI changed with that feature and yes, it still can build KW/C&C4; units.

Since you're the first person to report this, I don't know how to handle sync problems on newer maps because I never tested them on MP. Because those maps are from Predatore, I might ask him about this.

A great release so far, but the Starport isn't working for the Ordos because it wind up crashing the game.
A few things that need to be fixed:
1) The Starport is useless since the game crashes instantly when selecting it.
2) The splash logo should be the Dune logo.
3) Need a MCV to expand a base.
So how much content was being done at the time of this release?
The out of sync issue seemingly applies much with the sub-factions when it comes to replays.
Pretty much the AI works on C&C3; default, but when I add the new units and Engineer capture delay, the AI gets better on its own.
Global Conquest Mode is not available for this mod.
I haven't had the time to test all of my re-editted and created mission maps so testing maps and fixing the scripts will take a lot of time. It took too long for me to even fix a Tsun Demo mission map.
Probably you did not install the mod correctly.
Few new maps? There's over dozens of new maps from Predatore and the others.
I always thought of making the mod bigger as possible.

You mean the subfactions? If I did put the AI for subfactions, they would have worked, but configuring them is almost impossible to make them work.
They are okay, but even Nod on Hard or Brutal AI, it still knows how to build the Kane unit.
