I am a C&C fan since the 1990s and currently a C&C modder of the Reloaded mod series, except C&C Reloaded. I do play various games of different genres.
I was hoping to have four playable factions by then. By the way, this will become another epic release.
Guys, I have encountered the issue with maps not showing up ingame, seeing only Kane's Edition maps from my PC. Somehow the civilian assets used for Worldbuilder got mixed up with the main mod, making two mods in one. The civilian assets were supposed to be separate from the main mod. There are no maps for the civilian section.
The file that has the maps is TacitusA_0.5_Misc.big.
Well Google Drive doesn't use direct links anymore leading to Moddb unable to transfer a file from the cloud to here. I will attempt to upload the mod to Moddb until I can get a fix on getting those maps to show up ingame.

You need to play in a high-definition resolution such as 1280x720, 1980x1080, 2560×1440 or 3960x2160.
C&C3; TR 0.51 has been released. As of now due to a serious health issue, I am out from C&C3; modding for now until I feel better.

Did you extract the maps and put them where maps should be so they are playable?
ZOCOM deserves the Armadillo from C&C4; to replace the APC. After all, wasn't ZOCOM meant for defense?
That Rhino Tank has a shader bug that I am looking into. One of the modders there told me to get rid of a specific code and it didn't work. Unless it can be fixed, I may have to use Madin's Rhino Tank back into the game instead of the one from Red Alter source code.
That's because the Forgotten faction is a placeholder. It's not ready yet to play.
The new Scrin Reaper was forgotten to set a more expensive cost and set to tier-4.
Yes, it's true I kind of rushed the development so some parts of quality were either missing, incomplete or not yet worked on. Remember this is an open beta, but it feels more like an alpha to me. I promise that a majority of the issues will be fixed and enhanced. The other problem is that some people are having trouble running the game with out-of-memory issues. As of the zooming I noticed it had been too much zoomed out, even seeing something on edges of smaller maps.
This experimental in-game HUD and zooming probably works best on a dual monitor, multiple monitors or a wider widescreen monitor.
Do not play against a faction with no skirmish AI. Only GDI, NOD and Scrin have playable AI.

Is there a release date for this mod yet? Someone said it's at the end of the year. This could become the most epic RA3 mod under the so-called SAGE 2.
Gunship_Mark_II, the guy who changed Red Alert 3 with a Generals Evolution mod, now wants to change Half-Life 2 once again, and I thought this would have been Half-Life 2 Redux. Maybe one day you can make a better HL2 Episode Three expansion mod than Spy-Maps' version with your new visual and mechanical ideas.
The Condor reminds me similarly to that C&C4; Firehawk.... that is if EA did rename the Condor to that Firehawk back then. As for the voices, your best bet right now isn't me (because my voice sounds terrible after recording unless I imitate like an animal) but I recommend Zee Hypnotist.

No. C&C3; does not allow new game modes like that to be implemented.
My first Zone Juggernaut I implemented in my KW Reloaded mod was just a normal C&C3; Juggernaut with sonic shells instead of artillery shells.
C&C3; Tacitus Revolution first open beta release will be coming on Black Friday 2017. New screenshots will be updated by then.
As long as this mod is still alive and the team is doing the patching, I'm okay with it, just as long as the installer works on all versions regarding what type of Deus Ex you have.
You could have tried C&C3; and/or RA3 and they have Mod SDKs using the xml format instead of the ini format.
No, but because it's based from a C&C4; unit and unless I have the original C&C4; source code for that unit, I do not know how to actually fix that issue.
After a month of binge watching shows and some movies, it's time for me to resume modding C&C3; Tacitus Revolution.
