Nah, that is a 3rd party mod and not officially supported. Plus, many players, such as myself, like to play without it. Makes it more of a challenge. Also, why do you want it to be client side?

From what I have read they are using a new engine version and took out a lot of the commands in CS:GO, so not only would new versions of sourcehook/metamod:source/sourcemod need to be made, but they might have very limited/different functionality
