With nuclear apocalypse looming over the world, several vaults were constructed to contain the best and brightest of humanity. By being shielded from the imminent death, the offspring of these people could reclaim and repopulate the Earth. However, before the entire network could be completed, nuclear war broke out. One of the vaults became militaristic and technology-driven. Using their superior weapons, they were able to claim the surrounding wasteland. The members of this vault formed the Brotherhood of Steel, an organization dedicated to unlocking new and better technologies.

damage/ammo/range/prices/stat-requirements(more str + int needed)

-couple of new weapons
-some new ammo types
-traps and explosives modificated, some new (handling gets tougher)
-existing armors modificated (specialized: leather:low normal + sneak /
metal:explosions / bos:energy / enviro(aka combat):better normal + fire
so you can see what type of resistances your opponent is likely to
have)
-new armors added
-balanced pricesystem for the weapons and the rest
-eliminated/turned down volume of nerving sounds like the background
music & carsounds
-invented special "charakter-rising-sheet" for open office
-adjusted(increased) the weight of all objects (raising str helps)
resulting in a more realistic gameplay
-Poison and Antidote added
-made drugs more suitable for TB (caution overdose!)
-Critical hits only with high luck + trait finesse or voodoo ... and

looking good as i am a fan of all fallout games
Yeah, agreed about dialogue but nothings perfect, there is a system to add dialogue in the game though. I'm thinking about using it in my mod Fallout: Tactics Revised
Would have been an amazing game if they had keep the dialogue options ans talking heads from the previous Fallout games. Still a good game.
Got to love the Gauss Minigun and 50cal Browning loaded with depleted uranium rounds.
