I got a chance to play this finally the other day................man was I disappointed.
Then again, I've been disappointed with EVERY COD game after the Expansion pack for the original.
This is partly my fault, as I am automatically biased against ANY GAME that makes you go on-line to have a good time.
Games like the original COD, Battlefield 1942/Vietnam, and SW: Battlefront 1&2 were good because you could have a good-time playing Single-Player; Multi-player was there for when you wanted a bit more of a challenge.
All the proof you want of how important a Single-Player experience can be found in the online Lobby of SW Battlefront II. (On PC anyway)
There are always servers up, many of which are highly populated; not bad for a game that is seven years old.
What does this have to do with proving the importance of good Single-Player?
The fact that, despite the still huge online presence, people are still making mods and maps which is really only of use to people who play Single-Player; it is rare that servers will run Mods or custom maps.

Even games as old as Age Of Empires II are having mods developed, even though the online services for that game have been terminated for a long time.

Because people still play it, quite happily, Single-Player.

Long story short, the market for a good Single-Player game that is supplemented by Multi-Player is still huge, and game devs need to realise this.

Thanks for reading,

Treyarch should learn to optimize **** for older computers. That or my Pc is the shittiest in the world for being unable to run the game with atleast 20-25 fps.

If you ask me, the whole CoD series is made for lower end machines, that's pretty much why they never make significant upgrades in their graphics.

They make CoDs over and over and over again, and every body buys them over and over and over again.
I think they don't want sh*t to change.

Damn I loved Far Cry 3.

It was so promising Campaign got some nice new ideas, weapon selection before each mission and the awfully done tactical rts thing. Graphics finally look bearable Sound of weapons and explosions is bloody awesome The new class creation is BS. 10 points allows for only a half as strong than you were in MW3. Perks and stuff is bastardized. 1 perk for anti drone, 1 for anti air streak 1 for anti target finder dafuq? Same with faster reload and faster walking while ads they split up several perks from…
