Starting out as a small independent publisher publishing Atari 2600 games, Activision soon grew to publish on many different platforms. Founded by ex-Atari programmers and a former music industry executive, and have acquired many licenses and made partnerships with many companies.

I hate Activision for many reasons, EA too... I hate Activision for rushing Vampire - The Masquarade: Bloodlines, they released day Half Life 2 was released. If VTMB had a AAA bugdet and longer development cycle Troika Games would probavly be alive and VTMB would be instantly a classic. Sadly VTMB was underapreciated while it was fairly rated mostly above 80% I think. So Activision and EA also are just too greedy they will sooner or later go falling down with a large bang like Hasbro Games and Infrogrames... See you in hell.

You all know that the recent CoD games are **** becouse Activision rushes them to the market.
Look at EA and DICE they make a Battlefield game release it when it is fully functional and afther thow-three years release the next one.that way more peapole buy their games and the product itself if of great quality.
Activision makes a game and afther one year releases a game that is full of bugs and not balanced enough.
So don't blame it all on CoD blame it on Activision!

You might want to do some research. DICE have been making games nonstop at a yearly basis since 1995 all the way up to 2011. Even Treyarch and Infinity Ward makes their games every two years. Not to mention, EA is doing the same thing. Ever since 2010, they have been releasing Both Medal of Honor and Battlefield games year after year at a very rapid pace. BFBC2 then MOH, BF3 and now MOH:WF. EA is doing the exact same thing but with different names.
