ISOTX Company Profile
ISOTX is the video game developer behind the award-winning Iron Grip Series. The Iron Grip Universe provides the setting for our commercial games: IG: Warlord, IG: Lords of War and IG: Marauders.
The Iron Grip Universe offers players an alternative world, reminiscent of prewar Europe, but populated with flamboyant characters and fantastical weapons such as Dreadnaught Airships and earth shuddering Battle Mechs.

ISOTX is all about making the kinds of video games we ourselves want to play. Therefore, it should not come as a surprise that the company was founded by a small group of fanatic gamers that wanted to add new units and gameplay to C&C Generals. The resulting total conversion mod became known as Mid East Crisis 1.0. Despite the initial lack of funding, the collaboration continued and eventually led to the founding of a commercial studio and the development of several game titles.

2007: Iron Grip: The Oppression released – Mod based on Half Life 2
2008: Iron Grip: Warlord released – Commercial game – Utilizing Quake engine
2009: Mid East Crisis 2.0 released – Total conversion mod based on C&C 3
2010: Iron Grip: Warlord Patch released
2010: Iron Grip: Lords of War open beta released
2011: Iron Grip: Marauders released – Commercial game – Utilizing Unity 3D
2011: Iron Grip: Warlord Patch released

Our Goals
ISOTX is focused on building a global community of Iron Grip enthusiasts. Beginning in 2005, the ISOTX team has been constantly evolving the Iron Grip Universe concept. Now, with the 2011 release of IG: Marauders, players will have an opportunity to experience the Iron Grip Universe to a greater extent than previously possible.
Throughout 2011, the development team will continue to aggressively expand IG: Marauders with, for example, numerous social enhancements and tournament features. Simultaneously our creative team will be busy developing Marauder campaigns and interactive story elements to further immerse players in the IGU tradition.
