This mod is based on the source code of Red Alert 3: Upheaval. It has the same units and known issues however where Upheaval stopped with the units and maps from Uprising, this mod adds new co-commanders, load screens and the Uprising balance changes.
The new co-commanders are:
Allied:
Soviet:
Empire:
Comrades, support of mods for Red Alert 3 finally arrived, and they are available for download through Desura. Below are all mods that are currently supported, you can choose any you'd like to try out first.
Some of them change gameplay significantly, adding new units, structures and gameplay features, while others modify the core gameplay only a little. Each one of them is definitely worth checking out.
Best luck out there on the battlefield.

Bad news everyone. I had to re-balance all the new co-commanders because they performed bad on island levels. All strategic states had to change while...
Fixed: - Missing future Oleg load screen text. - Super vision on some units. They revealed almost the whole map. New: - Tesla Tank bonus crates. - Pink...

Would love to see another update to this mod, as it's probably my favourite. New AI commanders are fun, and it's the only mod I've seen (apart from ones that greatly adjust balance) that doesn't have some of the HORRIBLE changes from the most recent Red Alert 3 patches (such as the over-nerf of the Shogun, the over-buff of the Allied Navy, and the utterly stupid price changes from 400-300 for Javellin Troopers, and 300-400 for Flak Troopers. Also Japan Final Squadron is actually useful again now, not utterly pathetic like in vanilla RA3 1.12!
Good work, would recommend!
Hi! does this mod include tesla tank? because the shockwave mod is not balance?
thanks in advance!
the shock therapy
:v it's the general mod is in my mind i suppose
Red Alert 3 Uprising didn't include any new structures for the factions, only new units and maps.
Allies: Future Tank X-1, Harbinger Gunship, Pacifier FAV
Soviets: Reaper
Empire: Archer Maiden, Giga-Fortress, Steel Ronin
Those're the new units I remember. On that note, when dealing with massed Giga-Fortresses, you'll likely need a superweapon, or massed Harbingers, or massed submarines... and when dealing with massed Harbingers, massed air-superiority aircraft work wonders.
I say this, because the Harbinger and Giga-Fortress are a bit too powerful for anyones' good... if you're facing them, that is.

Will there be subtitle for new commanders' feedback? 'Cause sometimes I don't get what they say. :|
Does the Future Tank do double damage because it shoots two projectiles at once? It may sound stupid but I want to know please reply!
Btw I mean per shot not per projectile!
The Future Tank damages anything caught with the shots' explosion range, including (I might add) any aircraft unlucky enough to be in the small area of the bubble that goes that high.
This is why it is better to match the Future Tanks with artillery, or bombing runs... or dropping them in the water with an "acquired" Chronosphere.
Bluntly, yeah, each shot deals X amount of damage, as each "round" fired is two shots.
